In my opinion, no, nobody classes it as a foreign film. But by the standards of your qualification in brackets then it's certainly non American. So I suppose it's a Yes.

No.

Not sure what that has to do with my point. Country of origin is not what you asked.  I was replying to your specific phrasing of the question. *twaps nose*

Is the movie Rated G, PG, or PG13 in America?

I already answered the PG13 question based on the IMDB rating.

No to the others as well.

Also rated R, MA or unrated. (90s didn't have teen, and maybe not even MA). And genre is either comedy, horror or sci fi, but initially she said no, but it technically is.

So a comedy that's not funny, or horror film that's not scary, or a sci fi film that's not very sci-fi.

Was the movie released after January 1st, 1994?

Is it an indie movie (non-mainstream) not that well known among the general public?

Yes

We only have 1 question left and I still can't see which movie this is tbh (a clever choice imo), but perhaps SinisterDeath has an idea?

Based on this: https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?release_date=1994-01-01,1999-12-31&user_rating=8.2,10.0&certificates=US%3AR,US%3ANC-17

Is it Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels?

Well done, SinisterDeath!

I have never heard of this movie even though I am much into film which is perhaps partly why it never came to mind. Good choice, Taymist!

Thanks, Elessar. You all did great with the questions. I really agonised over 2 or 3 of the answers because, when not literally specified by IMDb, they are very dependent on personal perspective/experience. Probably just me overthinking though.
