I mean I think the side of BFG's point that I agreed with (and hence instinctively read it at) wasn't that Verb wasn't going through solve motions but that they didn't really make sense in terms of actually solving.

Basically in terms of figuring out which of me/BFG/Chris is town if he's really that convinced that Tiinker and Ben have to be villagers.

He's certainly playing very bold for a wolf and I don't know what's normal for him.

Where in any of my posts did I give you the impression that I wasn't trying to figure out which of you was the other townie? Hell, didn't I even address that at some point today?

There's been a lot of interaction. There were a few things like

"Here's the big question: if you are town, why aren't you jumping at the potential solve of BFG/Clov? Didn't you even mention it before (somebody did)? Why not question my town reads and make sure you agree, and we mechanically lock this game? Why aren't you doing that?" ~which was bold but I had devoted like 200 posts prior to working on BFG and Clov I'm not sure why town!you would expect town!me to suddenly reverse ship because a player whose alignment I wasn't sure of had just called my top suspect a solid villager

"I never said you were avoiding the thread. You're the top poster, and have been closely involved in every aspect - I'm not saying otherwise. I am merely wondering why you decided to joke about whether you could take my post seriously instead of either excitement that if you worked it out with me and agreed, we have the game locked.....or anger that I'm a dumbass and about to tank the game. Instead you chose to make a joke and proceed to start posting @ Ben instead. I'm just curious, that's all. :-)" ~ok well, fair enough as an initial attempt to solve me but did you follow through on my eventual answers in terms of me vs in terms of debating your town reads?

"Both you and Shad have made me think you're townies at different spots in this game, and both have also posted things that make me think otherwise." which says nothing

"Wat? Besides the fact that he's voting me (you did mention this, so ok), I'm putting him aside as town due to his role and that somehow makes me scum if he is? That logic leap tho."

"You're dealing in semantics now.....which, btw, I say scum do all the time."

Really just some shading

maybe that's how you sort things out. It would have been more weird if you'd had Clov worse than me afterwards. You didn't so ok.

It still reads more like shading me than asking me questions that you think will progress a read. Again maybe that's just your style but you can understand why it doesn't slap me in the face as an attempt to solve

Can you explain what you mean by the bold? I've been trying to resolve my POE all day, ever since I stated it. How do you mean this?

How has what you've done tried to resolve it?

Uh....posting, asking questions, stating thoughts, explaining how I arrived at certain results, general discussion and reading the thread. You know, that kind of stuff.

You realize what POE means, right? I can't explain the why of any of you 3 above the others, except I think you're the most scummy.

As for how you 3, I said this already - I'm clearing the others as townies. I had Ben and Sooh originally, and had to find another when Sooh died. I think I found Tiinker, and I'm also saying Turin is prob town because of his role even though he wants to be silly and vote me for somehow casting shade at somebody by saying they're prob town.....like in what world does that makes sense, but I digress --- I have my townies and that makes the 3 of you contain the 2 scum.

Simple as that.

You literally said that shad/chris had things you liked and others you didn't but I don't have a clue what they are (except maybe shad licking Sooh early, although you appeared null on that so?)

It was both shading AND attempting to solve. Your reaction to me wasn't what I expected town!Shad to do. With all the effort you've put in, me going in a totally different direction should have, IMO, made you either freak out that I was going to lose town!Shad the game, or jump on board and try to start picking apart what I'm saying and maybe get me to agree with your POV instead........basically, anything other than initially ignoring until I poked you and making jokes to Ben.

I did not say I think you're scum. I think BFG is at this point, and 1 of you/Clov. Which one, I don't know....but I did say I think Clov more likely to be town, but I'm having a hard time figuring this out.

2 scum? Because in a 9 player game, if Turin is telling the truth as a town Lover, that most likely means only 2 scum.

Because I wanted to find more than 1, I always do. Adding me in, that's 1/3 of the game. Adding in Turin's reveal, that's a voting block that I believe is town.

I think you quoted the wrong thing but if you think scum is in me BFG and Clov and you think Clov is more likely town then you think scum is exactly me and BFG. That's not putting words in your mouth.
