I guess the bottom of my case is that there’s no reason for BFG to once again pair with me unless we are both scum. So if you don’t think I am scum, then she shouldn’t be scum either.

 

This is clearly a play to benefit from the tinfoil based on that and the selection of NKs.

 

I mean I disagree, as BFG could do it with Lenio. I do agree that it's less likely to do if she's Solo, but if she is Solo, she's already backed into a corner as is.

Also AJ, for both of you to be town, that means it's Lenio alone, which doesn't make sense either as he rezzed a non-partner in this world.

Considering every player still alive minus SK voted her, if I remember correctly, then no.

No I don’t agree. If she’s the lone scum this matchup isn’t favorable. If she’s partnered with either of you, this matchup still isn’t favorable. Better to hope she beats the other player and hope her partner beats me to end the game, or purposefully flop so her partner makes it to the Final.

Like the only situation where me and BFG rematching is if I am scum and thought I’d win again based on D1 voting. So either you believe that, or she has to be at least not a goon. There’s still symp equity cause they don’t set the matches but my independent read on her is town. Can’t speak for everyone though.

but that's what I'm saying the matchup doesn't get better later in the game...., in fact it argueably gets worse as you'd know for sure she's scum in that world. Also if she was with Lenio, them switching matchups would be slightly better I guess, but then Lenio would be the one to phase you and you still have "why did BFG get rezzed"

I don't think Lenio is alone, because if he was he'd have to have raised a non-partner. I guess he could've taken a shot in the dark and rezzed the person he thought was the symp, but that's less likely than just rezzing his partner.

So, obvious first thought says AJ pairs with BFG again to ensure easy match-up with newly revived BFG, who will be looked at as scum just for being rezzed. Easy scum win for AJ.

 

Second thought says ignore the first thought. You've town read AJ all game.

 

Third thought: If scum want to win today, pair up in different brackets. BFG won't win against AJ. Lenlo/Aquila are fairly split even, so will be the harder match to win.

 

With the assumption of two scum I'd say they will split brackets and go for the W. which logic tells me must be AJ and Lenlo.

If both goons had died, we would be down to the symp. Historically symps don't get any say in scum night actions.

That’s not a bad thought. Still clashes with my idea of BFG as town or symp.
