The more I think about it the more I want to sort out the vig claims. 2 just seems so unlikely to me.
Bop and I shot FC. I don't see a reason why Eldrick would claim it unless he actually did as well.

I spoke to Bop a lot about it because it does seem really unlikely for a second vig and I had a hard time trying to understand it.

I don't know what Eldrick would get out of claiming unless he wanted to get the actual vig to reveal themselves, because that would just throw suspicion onto him (us as well, obviously). Maybe he was hoping we didn't just have one shot, and as V tried to give cover or as a W bait us out?

Bop and I voted on FC, Eldrick wasn't and even said he woke up at 5pm, thought about checking the thread but went back to sleep. If he had voted on FC we wouldn't have had to waste a shot on him and neither would Eldrick. This is the thing that annoys me the most about this whole situation.

Yeah, I will say you and bop have definitely looked more townie in the game. It just doesn't make sense to me. The only thing that makes sense to me is either an so, or he claimed it to draw you put. Originally, I was thinking it's be pretty bold, but then I remembered in Old West Mafia he played a portion of the game without even knowing who is scum team was and there was a weird bussing thing going on. So, now trying to draw the big out seems possible.

The other thing is he was pushing Cuth and getting annoyed at all the focus on Iron. He was around when we all started to vote Iron but went to bed quickly after the train started to form. If I was awake when this started to happen, no way in heck I would want to miss out on that action! Which if he is a wolf and was trying to bait out the real vig (probably hoping we had more than one shot), I can honestly see it working and Iron of course being his scum buddy and Cuth being the easy mislynch here. But again, this draws so so so much attention to him and I think in general people trust Bop and I more than him and imagine if Cory/Chris had the shot instead, no way he would survive against those two as a wolf fakeclaiming a shot.

My only other thought is that maybe he's a day vig? and misread his role? I think day vig is a thing (I could be very wrong. I know there are even/odd night vig and maybe I'm getting myself confused?)

Bop entertained the idea that maybe Hallibabe accidentally gave us the same PM, but I see that as highly highly unlikely and it's never Hallibabes fault <3

I don't have much experience at all with set ups, but Bop is telling me it's really strange and seemingly role heavy, especially with 2 vig shots.

Ive been sussing him for awhile too and its his Scum Meta to where down the longer things go tho I know rl can happen but something else I noticed.

I just dont know if that's the way to go tomorrow tho I'm not set in stone on it.

I said it wasn't real and it felt more like trying to create a larger suspect list then a genuine push on me, it's in my Night 1 Wall post.

I will say independently that Eldrick is more likely the non-mafia in that scenario. I don't see why Scoobs would obvspew me there though as a teammate, I was slowly creeping up lists at the time, I can't think of a good reason to impede a teammates progress there because I don't see a scenario where Scoobs honestly thinks he's outliving me. If I was his wolf teammate in that situation I would have been so titled.

I think case in point, Scoobs avoids spewing Marsh, why spew one teammate who is only slightly better off then the other? Strategically it's a bad move, he's not going to elevate Marsh there, he's only dragging down his teammate to the other's level.

It's like he's talking about the selling points of the car and how lucky the customer is to get it at this price while the customer s asking why the contract is $4 k over the price he told you, and the term is twice as long as he said but then surprises you with a witty joke and a compliment about how good you'll look in it and that should make it all better and for some it even does....

So the basis for my scumread is that you think I should consider a change of career? I think if you call me a sleazy car salesman one more time I'm going to apply for a position and use your posts on my resume.

I'm really only interested in a Cuth lynch, if he's not scum I'm dead anyway. I'm not terribly confident in creating a tinfoil rn. I know two people are on the same you lynch town not teammates as scum, so if they were to break that trend for this game it would be disappointing (Bop and the other hydra). Anyone else but MrsClovx I guess things could be twisted into a scum lean with enough tinfoil. Between the rest you're in the weakest position for POE, but you also have the backing of strongest town read who has been on fire with reads, so there's no reason to doubt them now.

Would have been really nice if both Vigs didn't shoot Scoobs, so they could have eliminated who ever didn't get lynched today between me and Cuth.

WTL is Willing to Lynch, we typically get 3 in order with reasoning.

I didnt #maths yet to see if I think shooting is a good idea or not.

Never lynching Linz or Cordyx. And I'm Town and not getting ml'd.

Unless something crazy happens or ml;s etc I doubt I lynch Sooh.

If SBop and Eld arent v/v which depending on 3 Scum prolly are just v/v so not crossing that tinfoil bridge yet.

If it makes you feel better if he does end up being V, I suspected him all of my last game and wouldn't drop it no matter what

Sounds like you don't pay attention he asked a question, I said the rest is tinfoil outside of me and Cuth, and I kind of ticked off why Not sure how many times I need to say I'm not pushing for anyone outside of me or Cuth today, I won't survive a Cuth town flip anyway so it is what it is at this point. Don't quote something out of context in the middle of a back and forth with someone when I was asked a direct quesiton to use as proof of something that isn't there as if I brought it up organically.

If I noticed the bit at EoD from FC, I probably would have voted him.

When I went to bed, I was torn between the 3. I don't think FC had checked back in by 5:30, and my opinion didn't change on him until what he said right before EoD. It's that, the strong tied trains, and that scruff flipped town, that made me want to vig him.

I did pay attention. He's been talking about how he doesn't like your tone. "Slimy carsalesman"

He asked you for your wtl.

You interpreted that as "wolf read" which is close enough, and listed only cuth.

Then you pointed out that everyone except the IC could be scum if you tinfoil hard enough. Which reads to me as keeping option as open to find mislynches.

Of course everyone excwpt confirmed town CAN be scum, but this post reads as you don't care who is more likely to be scum than others (besides cuth)

Let's say you and cuth are both town. We ml him, then we ml you. How would this perspective be useful?

First of all, bold didnt happen. You clumped everyone but IC into a group (why the post was gross to me, for the record)

Second, I don't remember anyone specifically asking you to tinfoil. I also don't see why that line of questioning would be useful.

There's no need to tinfoil before you lynch one of us. Tinfoil is desperation, we've had as many Mafia kills as day phases. Overthinking at this point is just dumb. I'm like 70 percent sure Cuth is scum, I'm less then 30 percent sure that it's someone else and I'm willing to die on that ratio and feel good about it.

If you lynch outside of me and Cuth and it's a townflip, Cuth v Fred is still an issue, how is this good for any town perspective? Everyone seems to be eager to chip away at strong town reads when we're so far ahead and there's likely only bad guy left, it's like you're all afraid of the game being too easy.
