I'm usually either clearly town, or dead, at the end of the game. This one has had a weird combination of a lot of people thinking I'm scum, and yet the people I think are scum get lynched.

It's baffling me that we are here.

Because to me, this isn't really game related. I'm in agreement that it's baffling we are here. I've had you scum so much, it's hard to shake that.

Im trying to start with a clean slate for both of you and look through the ISO's with unbiased eyes.

Even scum make sense sometimes. But I do find it odd that you chose this to jump on. Why?

Because you did it a lot. You didn't lead any final trains. You agreed with reasoning.

You play a good game. You are clean and do the right things enough to come off as town.

 

But you scum read me all game, yet you let me lead the train on 3 mislynches. This is not the reasoning I would expect from a townie thinking someone is scum.

 

I didn't know they were town. I think you did. I think you sat by and let me string them up cuz it helped you.

LZM was on three of those and I believe the last was after he was NKed he was town.

 

At the time of those each of them made sense. I had Ed as scum before you said a word about voting him. YOU were the first vote on two of the mislynch. Your reasoning looks worse on you than it does me. I stated at the time Darthe was lynched that even though I found you scummy, your reasoning at the time was logical and voted who you think is my teammate over you? How does that make sense Eld? Nobody would've blamed me for hammering you because obviously I'm not the only one that found you scummy.

 

That's thin reasoning and I think you know it.

You've known that a lot of people have found you scummy yet backed off when your reasoning seemed sound. I'm looking really hard to find something on Tress that looks as scummy as what you have done SINCE D1. I'm trying to be biased and make sure I make the right decision but maybe I've been right about you all along.

 

Your self sacrificing stuff all game has been a ploy, you even voted yourself at least once. I'm pretty sure this day will end with my opinion being you are the last scum. I should've stayed and listened to my instincts on you.

Tress, I can pretty much tell you how this is going to happen. Eld will eventually vote me and I will (as of now) vote him. If you are scum then bravo? You will have your pick of the liter. I'm still doing my ISO on you but so far we've addressed wvwrything I found as odd or that pinged as scummy.

 

On a side note, @eldrick- you have still yet to answer or address the very first full read I done on you in a satisfactory manner. As soon as I finish the iso on Tress I will readdress that and maybe you will give a better answer other than "you don't understand me". Pretty sure I understand extremely well. We shall see

Notes on comments above.

 

(1) That was a bit of an attempt to bait Cass. She shot me N1 when I was vanilla town in a game where I used the word "shiny" because she thought I might be the cop. I figured if she was scum it would kick up the paranoia and draw the NK, unless Adella was mafia.

 

(2) I put in a "lot of effort" (all of one post) to explain why he didn't get to claim that I was on my scum meta. I was at work, on mobile, and my reads list was being compiled in a notepad doc on my home PC. I had already said i was going to finish it and post it after work. It's pretty standard for how I work on D1 and he should have known better.

Something else to let everyone know so you don't waste time trying to find the reason behind why I give my reads in the order I do....I either go top to bottom or bottom to top with the list on OP. I saw that someone had mentioned the order but there it is....not so nefarious is it

I've copied the link to quotes as opposed to quotes for two reasons...

1) so you don't get a huge wall of text that no one really pays attention to anyway.

2) it's much easier to do when ISOing from mobile (frustrating when you have 20 quotes with remarks then hit the back button by accident)

If his reason for voting her was to get a reaction, but he didn't leave time to get one. I didn't ask about the vote, but why his reason didn't match. Comparing that to Redd, who didn't give reasons for his votes, and therefore didn't have something to question, is inaccurate.

 

2. You didn't say something worth replying to. You stated what I did and then talked about how playstyles differ now.

 

3. I voted Redd for not staying on you when he had made a case about you, not for the "cause I'm wolf hunting" comment.

 

4. Red flag for caring about how you sound. Scum are more conscious about how they appear in the thread. Paying attention to your wording is a sign that someone could be scum. It either comes out as someone being too safe with their wording or as saying something stupid like this.

 

5. Again with the misreading why I voted Redd.

 

6. Statement of my unvote and read change on cass/dice. Nothing to respond to.

 

7. Comment on differing playstyle. covered in my blanket reply that you don't understand how I play.

27. QFR. Quoted for reference. When scum posts a partial list, chances are a teammate is on the list. I quoted it for easy access if you flipped scum. I was scum reading you and wanted the info handy.

 

 

 

So please. Tell me what part of that really needed specific addressing. It was mostly observations and you not understanding me.

I'll be honest here, I think eld is our last scum. I've felt it pretty much all game. I'm tempted to just go ahead and vote him, because I should've done it and stayed with it multiple times. But if I vote him then that should show that I'm not scum waiting to hammer whoever votes the other townie.

Here it is, quotes my reads list and says good chance one of my scum buddies is in this list. Bravo! It's the first 5 players on the list so yeah there's a pretty good chance there is scum in it.

1. I questioned Alex about it because his vote switch didn't mesh with his reason for voting Shanti in the first place.

 

there is no motive. it's a random vote. for the purpose of getting people to react to it and push the game forward

If his reason for voting her was to get a reaction, but he didn't leave time to get one. I didn't ask about the vote, but why his reason didn't match. Comparing that to Redd, who didn't give reasons for his votes, and therefore didn't have something to question, is inaccurate.

 

2. You didn't say something worth replying to. You stated what I did and then talked about how playstyles differ now.

 

3. I voted Redd for not staying on you when he had made a case about you, not for the "cause I'm wolf hunting" comment.

 

4. Red flag for caring about how you sound. Scum are more conscious about how they appear in the thread. Paying attention to your wording is a sign that someone could be scum. It either comes out as someone being too safe with their wording or as saying something stupid like this.

 

5. Again with the misreading why I voted Redd.

 

6. Statement of my unvote and read change on cass/dice. Nothing to respond to.

 

7. Comment on differing playstyle. covered in my blanket reply that you don't understand how I play.

 

8. Partly had to do with who's on and what's current when I'm on. Partly had to do with that you addressed Redd already.

 

9. I didn't see it as a slip. Question was to understand why he did. He never replied.

 

10. This was me simply forgetting about seer cover. I'm not used to it. When I was rereading, these posts jumped out as weird, so I commented on them.

15. I hadn't posted between my realizing it and that post. That post was me saying I realized it. My confusion on the "pocketing attempt" was because I misread the post, as I explained later .

 

16. I was making a list of peeks to be able to keep track, I could maybe catch scum not remembering who they cleared. Point was later addressed after Alex flipped because he "peeked" ed and didn't leave him as a town read.

 

17. I had already forgotten why I was suspicious of you at that point when you posted this. I don't know why I said that.

 

18. This was because he had given reason to think I was scum and I wanted to know why. I addressed these 2 posts because they were about me.

27. QFR. Quoted for reference. When scum posts a partial list, chances are a teammate is on the list. I quoted it for easy access if you flipped scum. I was scum reading you and wanted the info handy.

 

 

 

So please. Tell me what part of that really needed specific addressing. It was mostly observations and you not understanding me.

 

Why were you calling out stuff Alex done but not the same stuff when redd was doing it? That's what gets me and your back and forth with the darthe pocket thing looked like more distancing. I truly don't believe when you voted darthe that he would be lynched. You done that just to throw the attention from yourself. I'm comfortable where I'm at. If tress is the last scum then I've handed her the game but I don't believe I'm wrong.

I was pointing out stuff about Alex because I was scum reading him. Why is it so hard to understand that you see people you think are scum differently?

 

I truly didn't believe I would get Darthe lynched. I expected to die. I thought I had found something, so I pointed it out. Turns out I was right.

I'm aware, that's why I said it. But the reasons you were pointing out that Alex looked scummy were things others were doing and you didn't say anything. But with all of that Alex was scummy talk, you didn't contribute to the Lynch. You were voting me. That's a pretty big tell imo mixed with the distancing from him.

 

Yeah tress he's fine answering questions now that we're here but didn't want to when he had all eyes on him.
