Here is a family favorite: Asian Beef & Noodles Teriyaki
1lb Sirloin; Cut into 1/4" strips
6 Tbs Soy Sauce; Divided
8 oz Asian Rice Noodles; cooked & drained
2 Tbs Peanut Oil
3 Cups Broccoli Slaw Mix (usually in the cole slaw section in produce dept)
1 Onion, halved & thinly sliced
-- Toss Sirloin w/ 2 Tbs Teriyaki Sauce. Heat 1 Tbs oil in pan Med Hi; Stir fry beef until browned 2-3 min; remove
-- Add remaining oil & heat. Stir fry onion & cole slaw mix until tender. Add Noodles & remaining Teriyaki Sauce; toss & heat through. Stir in beef
you can use spaghetti instead, but I've found the rice noodles absorb the flavor more than pasta. I usually double this for my family since it is such a big hit!
I love cooking and am always looking for new recipes. HMU if you want to discuss! I love to try new ethnic recipes, and have started experimenting with some Indian food!
So, I have watched so many over the years so I will try first (in no order):
One Punch Man
Dragonball (All of it)
World Trigger
Black CLover
Bleach
There are many more I could swap out, like Attack on Titan, 7 Deadly Sins, Hunter x Hunter, So I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, Is it OK to Pick up Girls in a Dungeon, etc
