Accusing me of deflecting immediately after that first line is classic projection. Regarding your case against me, I’ve yet to see one. More importantly, I’ve yet to see a legitimate response to any points made against you. Deflect if you want, but I’m gonna try to get you lynched if you throw out points at a skill level that you can’t match when asked for accountability on those same points.

You think SD is town? Why? Regarding wagonomics, maybe it’s a conversation for post game when you can trust my words more but it’s a very strong skill set. Challenging the data interpretation is fine, challenging the small sample size I’d get, but disregarding it entirely is wild. And yeah, dangerous. Reckless. A player as experienced as you knows better. I don’t even know how that’s something you felt the need to respond to, in a scenario with wolf!darthe and town!DPR you’d know the wolf doesn’t care about the vote since it takes the whole village at this point. To the last thing, Heavy is wrong constantly and (largely) being given a pass for it, my comments the last page notwithstanding. My point here being that sussing a person who’s wrong about you is natural, and could be a wolf-tell, but doesn’t have to. I’m more interested in that second half. The consistent AtE I haven’t noticed as egregious or overly pointed, it’s flavor for how he types. Are you seeing some coordinated effort there to discredit you? If so I don’t think it’s been effective, you’re pretty highly regarded in the thread, so what would be the point?

Aaand Heavy is back in the WTL pool. Point by point here, so no one can miss this. The first paragraph is pure crap flinging. The second paragraph is an “oh no im new and dont know any better” type lawyer-asking-the-bench question thrown to the open air. In a world of red flags that one is crimson. The meat paragraph has a couple of points. The chainsaw defense argument is fantastically hypocritical since this post itself is a chainsaw defense of the cases we are both making against SD. To the second half (which I think is fairly NAI fwiw as no one new likes to have their alignment questioned) yes a new player who is being town read on being incompetent in a way that seems sincere pings when they suddenly appear competent. Congrats on making the step from “this person has no idea what they’re talking about” to “they’re bad at this but I get why they think what they do”. Skipping five steps to “they’re good at this” in the middle of a game does ping, yeah? If the team is SD, Ed, Heavy I am happy with my play here. Still wanna lynch in that order atm.

There’s again an element of wagonomics to it. He was on SD all day as a joke vote and switched to peace at the end. I’m super confident in him being a wolf *if* SD is a wolf. This is why not having a cop sucks.

Let’s try a different perspective. In a world where I’m town what are your reads? Same question for if I’m a wolf?

Dangerous to vote like this to make a point today, you’re gonna get what I get when I get it regardless but I don’t like that in MYLO. I think Turin is wrong town, but town. I think your response to him is overly defensive and that’s affecting your case. If he’s a deep wolf then it’s a topic for when the other two are dead. He thinks you’re a wolf, so I’d make that same point to him. Ideally, I’d like to bridge the gap between you two and get a core going. Surely we can agree that there’s a clearer path forward than trying to resolve the two players who’ve put the most into hunting. That’d be a dumb way to lose if wrong.

On that note, @Ed, @SD, @Dice, @Tig if you’re town and I’m wrong here, it’s your job to fight for it. We don’t have the room for you to leave yourselves in comfortable, noncommittal spaces.

This is the sort of “yes and” post that I’m nervous about from you heavy. It’s not damned if you do, damned if you don’t, but you went from one game ago needing to be told that mafia isn’t a role playing game to making precise and confident inferences about posts you’re interpreting. That smacks of high level coaching. Again, not a target for me today, but this is my “paranoia” pick for a deep wolf right now.

Blegh, I don’t like this read much but… He isn’t doing anything. I am inactive compared to what I’d like to be but when I post it has substance. When Ed posts it is nonsense. He just did that in a game I modded where he was a wolf, and was allowed to slank through it on charisma. When I poked him about this was the only thing I really have seen from him that had any heat to it, and that’s telling to me.

It’s not a formalized case, I’ve not had the time to make something like that. There are a few things that all point me in the same direction, and I’m inclined to believe that if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck… ya know. first, and probably the weakest point, is the nonsense about dice rolling and tarots cards and etc. he’ll be quick to refute this as something he doesn’t believe, but he keeps using it in lieu of something he actually does believe. The lack of belief and gimmick crutch aren’t some magic wolfy tell but they are -ev. second, and this one stood out to me so much I’m still sitting on it multiple RL days later, is that post he made where he bounced off of EPs read to justify throwing trash at me. He shouldn’t know EP is town, and it read so clearly as him opportunistically inflaming any divisions. Particularly I thought this was coordination of they were both wolves. Not true in hindsight, but I still think it’s wolfy independently of their connection. third, and most important to sustaining my read, is wagonomics. The d1 lynch got swung away from him despite him being the early train, it came back to him near EoD, and the peace wagon went all his way once he had 4 votes. Peace went from either 3 to 6 or 4 to 6 votes at that point. I commented on this last night, but with the hindsight of today’s flips it’s real interesting where the confirmed town were, adding myself in from my perspective. beyond these ^ I’d rather take a strong gut d1 read over playing follow the leader. All in all it’s enough for me to take my celebrity shot.

Okay, in consideration of that I’m taking this game semi hostage. no offense, just don’t trust any of you to be both 1) town and 2) make good decisions. I will not be voting Wes, Turin, or Heavy today. Probably not tomorrow either. I am 90% sure ima be voting SD. Feel free to make cases as you will between the rest, though Ed is the second most likely to persuade me. also I guess heavy less deserves to be in that top 3 than the other two. This is such a poor weekend for me to try and play. I’m gonna do my best anyhow, when is DL? Ima catch up later this evening but immediate thoughts are we need to evaluate SD further, we need to be careful about too many votes, and Turin/DPR you both gotta get off the topic of one another, can’t fragment right now. Something I’m surprised Turin hasn’t said here, and maybe he has but just not in this page: do we know how many wolves we have? With 8 alive if there are two we’re good but if three a lynch and NK success is game over.

I have some changes to make here post flip and post the WOT I’m writing now that I’ve caught up. Top still looks good. Middle is definitely different. Fwiw I still stand by this being both accurate and hilarious. Ed went from a nearly all-day joke vote on SD to voting the dead townie for “competing trains”. He’s not pinged me much but when I called him out on his activity being fluff he got defensive. Sus, but more importantly if SD flips town this slot is always a wolf, voting behavior will out that later. This reads list is literally just milquetoast to personality. I’d call that AI but you’re the guy who’s praying to effin dice and tarot cards for reads so in this case it’s a contradiction. And weirdly, this is somehow still your best post because at least the bottom half is something resembling read progression. I flat out never want to play another game with you. There was a fellow, it wasn’t DAP but it was someone similar from the same time period who I can’t remember the name of. I remember I had their tone absolutely down, and in their first post they used a period where they normally wouldn’t have.
