The purpose it serves it exactly what I stated. Awareness. Voting without unvoting when unvoting is required is a possible scum ploy. To look like your contributing and pushing when you really aren't.

but if you want legitimate reasons, I think your posting to this point has been sparse and not towny. I don't think you have shown anything in your gameplay that shows you are trying to figure out the game and with your recent WTL list,  I think you want to lynch three people who are most likely villagers and that is problem for me.

 

help me out a minute and explain to me why you think those three are probably scum.

I just don't see the point.  Its like watching paint dry.  Its day 1.  Whether one votes, unvotes, whatever...it really boils down to who finds scum...like the last game...you lynch me day 1...I list my reads...do you ever investigate that?  think...wow...Bob flipped town...maybe we should examine the wagon or maybe look at his post where he calls his shot, naming 2 of 3 scum...nah...NotBob just NotBob...let's listen to Darthe and Shad as they take us further down the rabbit hole.  lol

No need to have confidence...what lynch provides intel.  Who doesn't help you hunt...vote him or her...then evaluate the wagon....see who voted and when...did they list reasons...why the need for certainty?  Were you certain last game on Day 1?
