Okay I went to go fetch it. Comments added in blue. I read it but had some trouble with the way you do your quotes and actually forgot about it today.

 

Besie's ISO

Some fluff posting early D1 - this is NAI (all of her first ISO page)

First reads are pretty weak but I find myself agreeing that Monstr is trying to gamesolve.

 

 

This pinged me:

I was sharing my thoughts. Plus, it's not opportunities if I say he's slight town, is it? Do you assume that I would say that about my teammate if I were scum?

I don't know why either. I was literally looking for things that could indicate alignment. At that point in time I didn't think it was a hammer game either but I figured it out later.

 

By page 3 of her ISO there's still very little content.

 

the liking town over mafia thing feels kind of forced and fake.

 

This was important considering who I was talking to - Zander. He is a meta player. I love playing wolf. I was excited to play town. He didn't think it's possible for me to be excited or even to like playing town, even though I only have one previous town game that sucked. Like I said, this was a very person-specific argument.

On that post is her first real reads list. Of note: reads zander and sooh as town. tiink is slight scum.

 

 

The next post she says: "Tiink/Calder/Darthe" as the probable scumteam. She did scumread tiink, most of what she commented on for daarthe was null except 1 slightly scummy thing. Seems a little premature to put him as one of the scummiest at that point. Did similar with calder.

 

Yeah, they brought it up with me. You saw my responses. I literally chose the 3 people I had the most doubt on and said they're scum imo atm. I was wrong with two of them. :(  

 

 

There are a couple of reads in between but they aren't very in depth after the first set. But pretty consistently townreads sooh, at least d1. Page 5 of her ISO is pretty decent but it really feels like she's reiterating everything. It seems weird to me that no reads have really progressed.

I gave several reasons in the past posts.

 

Never lynching Nego.

Slight town Zander/Sooh/Believer/Pral

Slight scum Monstrman/Tiink/Dice

 

Of these the biggest change is Monstrman. Most reasons are given."

 

 

Actually there are a lot of changes there. And some of the reasoning seems weak.

 

I did say "biggest change". I know there was several changes.

 

I really don't get the case on monstr. There is only the mildest of questions thrown at sooh.

 

Yeah, Monstrman went back up very shortly after this list was posted. I didn't think my own case on him was good enough either - I think there's some conversation between us in the thread too. Not sure what to say about Sooh. I'm bad at reading her and was waiting for more content.

 

ok this is shady af: "Mmm you're not the first that has doubts about nego. I think i'll look at him again too over the night." She previously had nego on the never lynch list. So what the heck? It's fine to reread and rethink things, but the progression is not there.

 

This was tinfoil on my part. I decided against it.

* In comparison to the above three, I don't completely understand Monstrman's votes. He was wtl all three. He followed along to Nolder when that was a possibility but switched back before it could become a proper train. And it just went this or that or this or that further. It feels like he didn't mind which of either Zander of Calder died. 

 

 

When just looking at end D1, I'm going to Vote: Monstrman.

I still want to see what Wildfire comes up with and what some others say.

She was literally scummreading daarthe most of d1 and now saying his d1 was towny??

 

It was his responses and replies that tilted me. Also his complete "let's get the scum" attitude. He went for who he thought was scum and that was that. I don't think I doubted him much after that and he went up.

Wait...wasn't she willing to lynch nego a couple posts ago still? And where is the progression on sooh?

 

Those were all the ones that weren't active and that I didn't have much on / the ones I was still trying to decide. You'll see I had the ones I think are definitely town, and then some I think are scum, and then the rest. There was about as much alignment with Sooh as there was with Wildfire that had just subbed in. Like I said, I struggle to read Sooh.

From my perspective - which is town - yes, you're exactly right. I believe you or she would have hammered me if either of you were scum.

And in terms of godfather - Darthe cop viewed her and it said she's not scum/town. Godfather - a scum role - means that the cop gets that result.

And yet here I hold in my hand the ability to totally nuke myself away from any tiink/monstrman wolfteams if we lynch him and he's a wolf because I'd never throw away a guaranteed win on a bus to make myself "clear" in final 4. That's just dumb.

 

Wiild, dyachei can't be goon cause she's peeked villager, but she can be godfather. If not godfather thend villager because peek, and she's not the godfather because if she was she would have already won when besie was at 3 votes simply by hammering besie because it's mislynch and lose for the town right now

I've never heard this. I just know the very basic - godfather is scum that is viewed as "not scum"/"town"

Act 3: in which monstrman changes his mind on besie

 

I think besie is a villager and tiink is a wolf

 

Case for besie being a villager is mechanically strong. If she is a villager, in this endgame scenario she is correct that wild is cleared because wild cannot be on any wolfteam that does not include besie - she'd have already won in any other scenario.

 

I think wolves don't pick up on that often, though I mean I guess I have before so I can't say it's impossible
