wish reappears, why do you think Sander should be wary about my Seph read and of making unflipped associations when later on you do the same with Zander/Seph/Niniel? 1014 why are you 'chastising Zander for replying to 'old' posts when you're doing exactly the same thing here?

In her Q&A analysis she also likes that I avoid some questions, while disliking Thane/Niniel for the same thing

It's not hypocritical for me to chastise Zander for replying to very old posts because that's his mafia meta, he just never catches up in thread and attempts to build a case off of old things.

 

As for me, that's how I play town, I often come into the thread after I fall behind and do old stuff analysis in order to get a grasp on my reads back then and compare them with my current understanding of the thread.

 

That's why I didn't see it as contradictory from what I knew of Zander's meta, and he seemed to be going after me the same way he was in WoW, but I was a different alignment here, so I chalked it down to scum Zander.

I read the different answers to my questionnaire and different avoidances of answers as different from each other. When you gloss over the specific answers I liked and disliked, you miss the entire point, BFG.

But how else are people supposed to play? You read the thread you've missed, you reread and you make observations. You noted yourself that Zander was spending a lot of time talking to people in real time so???

Well, obviously. But the way a response is constructed, the kind of sentence length, punctuation, and all of that lends to tonal differences. That's what I liked/disliked between you, Thane, and Niniel.

 

Niniel then already sounded tired and wary to me, which didn't bode well for a first entrance, and you sounded excited but also jokingly refused your age in a way I thought was friendly with no nervousness. Thane seemed closed and more guarded, and had a drier tone.

Chris, why did you call out Kat's reads list as too consensus/similar to yours when half the players don't have a consensus and you haven't shared thoughts on all players?

I saw the time he was spending talking to people in real time as consisting of him getting into very heated arguments. I had no recollection of him being that involved as Mafia EXCEPT when he was hard tunneling on people, and here it was similar. Besides him reaching way back into the thread to analyze people, he only engaged with the present thread in a very tunnel minded way, which reminded me of his mafia play exactly.

In all fairness, Zander isn't a good example to use. He's generally just everywhere all the time. He'll respond and comment on old posts while still staying up to date and I don't even know how he does it.

 

It wouldn't surprise me if he still has the highest post count even though he's been dead ... 2 days?

I talk to myself because I'm used to having a QT to myself, it's a PerC thing that every player, regardless of alignment, gets a personal QT to talk to the mod/themselves etc
