I feel like Cory is very likely cleared in one of two ways:

 

1. Clov is probably the only person I trust to read Cory accurately. He was Town reading Cory.

 

2. If Clov was NOT the direct target last night, then I think he probably protects Cory. Which means Cory could have been the target.

 

Either way? I'm okay losing to Cory with "I blame Clov spew" as an excuse.

 

 

So option 1, for the most part.

I'm trying to make sense of the recent developments without reading too much right now.

 

What I think is cory is taking my case as offensive. And I think there is a slight rand chance town him would do that more than his wolf self, but it's so negligible it's hardly worth mentioning. But I have nothing new to add there.

 

Yates knows better than to clear someone for this bodyguard/night business. Either he has a better reason or it's a ploy, or it is a ploy and he is a wolf trying to flip reads, perhaps spew, or perhaps get me a villager lynched? but hey, who knows. I don't even know the VC!?
