Claiming Vig with NK immunity sounds more like a SK to me, especially in a game that all but guarantees multiple non town elements.

 

I'm not going to invest a lot into the character claim because I know Darthe has a pension for providing safe claims. If I'm remembering correctly the entire team had them in the Red Wedding game. It's also not something I would put past a scum!Yates to bread crumb early thinking he could skate on it with a good fake claim in his pocket.

Look at the timestamps, those three votes built up way too fast. Before this you were pretty much sitting the fence while catching up, but suddenly you're jumping in on a vote for Yates? Verbal and Leelou were playing very similar at that point, and were building their way to their votes for Yates (and Leelou had been shadowing Verbal for a while, others had also mentioned this and Leelou herself complained about them "not being the same person" or something of the sort). So, at that point, I saw nothing up with them voting in tandem with each other and I really didn't have any issue with pressure building on Yates because he was pinging me a bit because of his playstyle, which I've never been privy to before.

 

On the other hand, Hallia had not been adding herself to the conversation with Yates and was lurking, then swoops in and bandwagon votes with Verb/Leelou. This combined with her game play (You should look at her ISO, btw) is what is pinging her so hard as scum to me right now, and that is why I placed my vote there.

 

As of my last read, I was still getting town vibes from Verb (I've played with him before, he feels normal-ish) and less so from Leelou because of her shadowing, I don't know where I'm at now with anything that's happened today, but I'm pretty sure I'm going home and watching Arrow before I dig too much into anything.

I think accepting leelou and verbal as the next best thing to a hydra as status quo is wrong. If I thought she was sheeping Verbal like you are implying, then that would probably ping me hard.  (My own opinion on the matter is Leelou can't interact well with Verbal when she is scum)

 

I can see how a person who thinks yates' snark is pingy also thinks hallia's pop-in vote is pingy. I'll do a little research into hallia's iso tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get to it before the lynch.

IIRC, we've played three games:

 

- Tommy's Top Tier - My first game, where you were killed super early ?D1;

- Arthurian - Where I was killed pretty much immediately after subbing in because I was Lover-linked to the night-shot target; and

- Warehouse 13, where we won together as Scum.

 

The only full game we've played together was when we were both scum, so I find it strange that you're pushing doubt on my alignment here based on the suggestion that I'm playing differently to what you'd be 'used to seeing' from me.  

 

 

I still really don't get what your point is here? I know what I've experienced with you in the past and it has always been very wordy posts, even if you take your time catching up. If anything for Leelou being suspicious was after me mentioning her twinniness with Verb she changes, but other than that you will have to ask others or go and read for yourself tto make your mind up. 

 

 

I'm just annoyed of only seeming to be mentioned with Verb. Yes, we post together and seem to think along the same lines sometimes, but I do have my own thoughts, am posting and interacting with other people. Honestly it's annoying as all hell of just getting lumped with Verb. His read on me should NOT influence your read of me that much (this is for EVERYONE), yes he does have a tendency to read me well, but people should come to their own conclusions. No i dont think i did but my recall of it isnt perfect. I usually see Town Tina pretty quick. im not perfect tho  if her activity is kinda spotty i can miss it.

Yes, Yates. I've been rolling the idea around in my head most of the day that he could be scum here. It's a little hard to articulate but I am just getting bad vibes from him. Usually by now I think I would feel reasonably okay about him if he were a villager considering the amount of content he has. The fact that I don't worries me. There's some things he's done that trouble me and I feel like since I am shoring up on some of my villager reads and he is left out of them this is a positive direction for me to move in.

For instance, I wasn't particularly fond of the way he reacted to Sooh voting him earlier. The way he postured around Seph and the EP wagons made me uncomfortable then and still does now in light of EP's soft balling and Seph's later profession. He hedged on his read of Zander saying he liked the post but also leaves himself open to possibly move there later. I also think he went over the top complimenting Tina on her posts and I'm curious as to his focus regarding me and my read of her. He also made a comment towards her early on that basically soft balled a town read on her slot. I haven't really decided how I feel about the entire interaction completely but I could see scum!Yates doing this as a pocketing attempt on a town!Tina

The thing i have noticed,  particularly when i answered him above was that I cant point to anything and say thats typical yates. Aside from the pumpkin thing but that was kinda meh to me actually cause id seen it before.

Here he agrees with AJ about Yates and locked him in blue. I guess that means that he is super townie. But still, he wants Yates to answer first before he votes. So it´s an intent to vote him. 

 

After this he has a few post where he for example point out to Sili that Tress is town.

This is after Yates lynch. Now he says that Yates´s lynch stinks. Even though he intended to vote him yesterday (but never did). But at the same time he wants Yates to be more townie so that he won´t be lynched again.

 

 

Conclusion: Dice doesn´t take many stances and easily gives up the reads he has. This doesn´t give me a good impression of him. But... some of it might be explained by him not being here duing the Yates action, with claiming etc. I can´t really blame people for not having more reads and being more active since I self haven´t been doing it enough. But from the content I think he is very vague and easily convinced. Scum vibe.
