I would suspect Barm, Leelou or Lily for the Verb kill if we were in an old DM game.  Obviously it wasn't Lily but if Verb was the NK it fits the DM trend of getting rid of power players with the NK and of trying to use an NK to frame someone.

Actually, I had this same thought. He's also a low information lynch. I was expecting to see Nyn or Clov in the ground this morning as I'm fairly sure they were the two biggest consensus Town reads as of yesterday. Unless I missed something and Verb PR hinted somewhere? But I don't think he posted enough and the Darthe/Verb stuff came mostly later during the evening, so I'm second guessing that as motivation.

This is flawed and would require you actually knowing enough about the topic to base a vote on it. For example, I always fought hard against big game hunting, so your logic here should rule me out.

Ok, so... no lynch was achieved. 

 

i dislike timezones. Deadlines are usually in the middle of the night for me (in this case, it was 3:00 am..). I doubt a vote would have changed a lot. I'd have voted Lily over Darthe, seeing i think Darthe is town this game and Lily's posting hasn't convinced me yet of her being town. 

 

dice: sniping at Sili doesn't become you. he seems more likely to be town than you do for the moment, so pointing that FoS in his direction... what are you hoping to achieve?

Anyway, new reads: Dice, Thane, Barm, and Edrick are two scum. Darthe is one scum. The percentage chance I'm wrong about my villagers is 0.

 

Dice is playing a weak game. I haven't heard from Barm in forever. I don't think Barm is very engaged. Darthe is posting aids. Edrick made that horrible thread about mafia qts while he was playing this game. Thane is probably town, but I don't know why he would defend me so hard from dice. Before that point it looked like he'd had a pretty neutral read of me.

 

 

Why does my thread about QT boards make me look bad. It was legitimate research. I am making a new game, based on a browser game called Town of Salem. I don't know if we still use QT boards, as I haven't played here in years.

I agree with you here. Verb is one of the few people I recognize here, and I remember him being a strong player. I would not be surprised if this made him a mafia target.
