I was thinking you Clov, to put it outright. 

 

I'm far too biased (and egotistical) to give a fair assessment of myself.  But I'm interested to see where you're going with this.  What are you thinking?

basically, i'm thinking you'd be good enough to seem very constructive for town, even though you could be a wolf. Now, if you'd ask me to show evidence for this, i'd have a hard time finding it. I'm having this gut feeling telling me there's something off with your gameplay, but i can't really pinpoint it. By POE, i always have you in my top suspects list.

Sili and Virgin scum in an awkward distancing/buddying Tango? Oh yeah. I can definitely see it.

 

 

I won't say this hasn't occurred to me, but I'm not sure it's likely.

 

Sili generally comes across as ridiculously scummy to me, and this early game is no exception.  Cass giving me a town-ish vibe at the moment.

At the time, I was still forming thoughts on Yates.  He's one who has definitely had the ability to fool me in the past and I wasn't ready to declare an opinion on him yet.

 

As for jmm, he slipped my mind  :blush:  Would have had him as null at the time of those posts, though.

 

 

I get (or at least understand) the part about Yates, especially since I'm in the same boat lol.

 

But, the red.

 

As with Yates, I find it difficult to believe that jmm legitimately 'slipped' Town people's minds. I instinctively tone read his style from early on as more likely to be beneficial to scum than Town, and even though his posts were null to me, I was wary of the potential for his alignment to be scum and thus he never slipped my mind/disappeared from my radar. Not saying that it isn't possible, obviously. But. Again... if it's not Sili, Yates and Tress for Scum??

it's 8:43 am here, been at work since 5 am (meant i got up at 3:30am).

Im not seeing it. Not the thought process anyway.

 

Then I think you should go back and re-read.  I feel like I've stated multiple times who I'm clearing and why, resulting in a pretty small POE (that I know I've stated), all of whom I've tried interacting with this phase so that I can figure out who to remove.

FWIW, I think there may be a couple of plausible reasons why this next point doesn't necessarily mean you're scummy, but this paranoia brings me back to the fact that I can't help but feel you're playing differently this game. Can you explain why you're coming across more guarded this time around (other than the possibility that you're Scum)?? 2)

 

1) at that point, they simply were my prime suspects too. For the moment, i think both of them still are. Call it a hunch.

2) i've explained in a previous post why i'm somewhat diffirent this game. but rest assured, it's still a town Thane here.

I do understand the bold *hugs* (but unfortunately, you explaining things this way doesn't mean you're less likely to be scum :wink: ).

 

I was initially thinking that maybe there would be a more obvTown reason for your change in behaviour, like purposefully trying a different play style or ... something... else more particularly relevant to this game. Either way I would have probably considered your answer technically null in relation to your possible alignment (and I do), but something like the above would have been more reassuring.

 

I hope you feel happy cheerful soon

If it's the latter I may just explode at the fact this is the second thing I've noticed catching up that we've been tone reading the same
