I literally just got home from breakfast and opened the laptop and had a heart attack.

Thane I think has a better than 50/50 chance of flipping scum given his early game stance. It was a good lynch in the situation. I'm just happy I'm alive.

I'm trying to think of who I had scumreads on on the Thane wagon which will be good for a shortlist heading into tomorrow, and keeping in mind during my backread.

p-edit - Better than 50/50 :| Sorry thane.

Thane is going to hate me. I promised last time I wouldn't let him be lynched day 1.

I forgot he was lynched Day 1 last game.

I'm not going to start actively looking back until tomorrow probably, I need a bit of a break this evening. I'll still be around, tho, if anyone wants to bounce some thoughts off.

Ragamuffin, I think Sili is just a mood-dependent player like myself or Cory. So his juju can shift with emotions.

Possibly.  But something seems off.  Like, if I was scum with Sili in his first scum game, I would tell him to "Just do like you've done every game so far."

It feels more like he is trying to replicate what he's done in previous games, instead of doing what he's done in previous games.

Hopefully arsis dies too so i don't have to worry about him figuring me out

What does this even mean? Lmao.

Could you help me out and point out some examples? I've burned my soul a little more than last game, but that's the only difference I can think of.

It means I'm joking, and I don't trust you.

I'm town up from my whiskers down to my kicks. You'll see when I end up dead tonight for softclaiming a fake pr ;)

One example is the post you just made that went like "Guys, I totally couldn't do this as scum."

It comes across as trying to appeal to us in that we should really, really believe you and felt more like a plea than a statement.  Like you were trying to replicate your town vibes from the past but it didn't quite come out right.

I'll look for a couple others later on, but detailing juju can be odd.  My brain works in funny ways.

Oh, yah, on des. His tone in his posts is really similar to my other game with him, but why hasn't he been as active, or following up his leads/pushes/traps???

As to the death scene. Well done krak.

I think there's a strongman in the wolfpack.

What happened to Des? He didn't post last night and is usually on around 8.

I don't know, it's not like him to not at least check in and say he's busy. Was wondering that, too.

Well it sounds like a plea, because it sort of is one, and sort of isn't.

How can I or anyone know what my scum!tells or what I'm capable of if I've never been one?

If I made a statement, and told you I couldn't be a wolf in this situation (objectively) it wouldn't be the truth. For all I know I am actually this good. But the chances of me being this good are scant, objectively speaking.

Okay, let's talk about what we learned from the CFD events:

-Manbat is reinforced as a continual blueread for his high energy and worry.

-Alanna is now very close to blue. She was having fun with the CFD energy and that's probably a villager tell unless she's a sicko like me.

-Sili is blue-green for being legitimately irritated at his impending lynch.

-BFKey is now green simply for getting annoyed that they were still discussing the merits of lynching Berf before the CFD and for being around at all.

-Berf is green for a very villagery series of responses to his impending doom. He read as very sincere and would have to be a very very high level wolf to have made the posts he did at EOD.

-Rags could have done that as a wolf, but I'd say he earned like 2 points and is about green-null.

-Arsis didn't have a significant impact on the events, and stays about the same. I'd give him maybe 1 point for the comment about being nervous before a lynch.

-Verb loses some cred for being reactive instead of proactive during the EOD events.

And the people that didn't participate:

-Lates loses a little cred for not being around during a high-energy village-driven event.

-Dice loses a little cred for the same.

-Des loses a little cred for being absent.

-Cory/Hallia lose more credit for the same as they're both typically active during EODs when they're villagers.

-Pral is something of a mystery. He sounds villagery-ish to me when he's around, but I think he's been pushing villagers so far.

-AJ claimed survivor, doesn't care.

So even though we mislynched, we still got a lot out of info out of the threadflow alone and the way people react to high energy tumultuous periods.

We know what you're like as town.  So changes from that raise an eyebrow.

Not necessarily.  Sometimes new players are the hardest to nail as scum.

Now you're just being paranoid

That is always possible.

And I pointed out one of Verb's posts that I didn't like in EOD.  Scum lean.
