You're nuts. Salami is a probable townie TO YOU. And no, I never said my Clov read would flip.....you are putting words in my mouth.

 

I followed Clov's explanation afterwards and I see what he was trying to do. If Salami isn't scum, I'm still town on Clov. But my initial read on Clov comes based on my read of Salami.

What bugs me about Verbal is that while I get that he hasn't finished up catching up yet... I would have expected more than just one scum lean...... and a town lean that is inferred from the one scum lean he has. Like no one else seemed scummy or townie? I mean even if he only read 50 pages so far I'd expect him to have more than that.

I actually do think Verbal can be scum here though. Like Nyn said, he's been AWOL for 99% of this game, and he only appears to have two reads. Ignoring the chance to weigh in on the the infamous Clov Gambit is bad, but he's not weighed in on anything. When he was here early in the game he made a hit-and-away on Thane and Salami so that he left no trail of responsibility behind. It's like he's a ghost. And ghosts are SPOOKY!
