We don't plan and plot about Mafia you know. Even when we share a slot - which we've done once before. I'm too used to not being able to talk to him about Mafia so I tend to just do my thing. He does his thing. He sees I've done my thing. He joins in with my thing. He has a few pops at Despo. I say step back a moment and don't fall down that tunnel. We are actually doing the majority of our chatting in the game itself because habits die hard. We don't even have a QT. I usually tell him what I've said after the fact :) it probably annoys the hell out of him.

You have no QT? So he decided to 180 from calling TG's claim plausible and having no problem with it to never shutting up about lynching millers solely because you voted for TG?

These are two different issues.

 

In the one, I'm saying that having a muddled/inactive read on inactives is acceptable.  You appeared to have been saying he is suspicious because he could, at any point, turn his attention towards one of those orange reads.  Well, yeah.  That's how null reads work.  If it makes you feel better to think of it this way, pretend he just called you null instead of making you orange. 

 

In the other post, Darthe claims to be confused by the game STATE.  That's a very different animal entirely.  It's so different in fact that I'm not even sure how you were able to get confused on this issue.

Pretty much. He's 8 hours difference to me. He works when I'm awake and I'm asleep when he finishes work. I messaged him on google to say I'd voted TG. He said ok.

 

It really made no difference as he always follows me anyways. I didn't think we'd have to deal with having to explain that when we were hydra. I don't plan, I just do. He agrees. He backs me up. It's how we roll.

My reads are developing as the game develops.  Darthe needs the end of a rope as badly as you do.  If I had a gun with 4 shots I'd shoot you both twice.

Also, might there be value in allowing scum to think that there is a handful of people that might be willing to mislynch you?

This is how my Kates hydra with Key went, fwiw. We would typically write a couple of things in our QT after we had already posted. Maybe had one or two convos about a couple of people we were unsure about but for the most part we just rolled with it.

 

Not saying it's alignment indicative but that's how a lot of hydras work.
