Yates and I are both out of town this weekend - for different reasons, pretty sure. Otherwise would be weird if he was here for my husband's birthday O.o

 

I wasn't included in the role PM off the bat, was just added last night while I was asleep, so I'm trying to catch up on mobile atm.

CS being stubborn is not new, don't know what to think atm.

 

After just playing two games with him, I don't see why Arsis is subbing out as town. This isn't any different than Tommy in Avengers, imo.

 

Don't like Hally's backing Tommy up, because f anyone in the game, Tommy doesn't need it, imo. Also, he didn't seem like he was in any danger at the time, so why?

 

Also, three days makes sense for roles bc that's how long Woodstock was.

Key I'm a little wary of you because I saw how reasonable you can appear as scum in Avengers. I note that you're busy and just caught up but later on when you have time I would like it if you interacted in real time and tackled the thread a bit. When you're in perpetual catchup mode I can't really read you. But apart from that I like when you post so thanks for posting. See now nice I am? Wow!

Tommy, you might want to modify your approach a little - and I know you can be very flexible with that. You do come off a little too bossy. Which doesn't sell well here.

 

Let me tell you a story. I was playing in one of DPR's game. PM communications were possible and it was a night action galore. By D3, me and Yates (I think it was Yates) were mod confirmed townies (and close to unkillable). I tried my best to control flow of information correctly, collect all night actions for discrepancies (even had an excel sheet and macros to share relevant info and all). We did take some information on thread too, but yea we been doing what's best in the situation and lead. I'm pretty sure some people STILL hate me for my behavious in that game even though I was just playing my wincon to the optimum.

 

People don't like to play in ways that they don't enjoy.

 

I'm pretty sure you know that actually as you're quick to expose these psyhological quirks as mafia so yea you baffle me somewhat.

 

There is such a thing as too much - and I'm pretty sure you know you ARE too much in this game.

Salami the only player I got hardass with was Des and today I've been reasonable with him, trying to explain my continuing suspicions, and he puts me on ignore. Then Arsis says he's subbing out when I'm not even talking about Arsis.

 

Does that look genuine to you? It doesn't look genuine to me but I might be underestimating how sensitive people can be because I don't think I overstepped bounds and while I'm going to be making an effort to be more relaxed, it does make me feel alienated when people act like I'm some evil villain when I'm trying to solve the game and all we have to go off of is discussion.

 

I get it. People want me to be more amicable. But I disagree that I've been a bully to the point where people should be putting me on ignore or quitting the game. Since when is being suspicious of someone in a mafia game bullying? Maybe controlling thread rhetoric is annoying to you but in the last game the first player to call everything to do with me/NotBob/Nolder as pure scum play was Des and scum like X kept harping on about how I wasn't clear and yada yada. Then Darthe lost us the game by "tinfoiling." Enough of that. I've made a claim and it will be resolved in some form as this game goes on. Objectively my decision to claim early doesn't make sense as scum play and nobody has CC'd me and I'm being aggressive and loud besides. Everything points to me being town so yeah I'm gonna think jts scummy when someone tries to spread doubt about me again because guess what? Scum actually do that stuff. I'll pull up Des's ridiculous posts from Avengers if I have to.

Oh. Darthe is referencing a game where he was cop and he claimed a cop guilty on Drunk Tank. But Darthe was Roleblocked that night and had no result at all. I was scum and his fake claim allowed me to hammer DT and eventually win the game. I think Darthe has been playing really badly lately and I opened the game with a vote on him out of spite and wasn't even going to move it until the fight with Des happened. That's what Darthe is talking about -- our history -- he's not claiming cop, neither is Arsis.
