Here's my mini-synopsis of it

 

I enter the thread, instantly start offering observations, and poking and prodding people for reactions

 

Csarmi says I look off, you +1 him

 

I shrug it off, and continue scumhunting

 

You keep it going tho, and start soft pushing at me, ramping up towards your vote on me

 

You were directly countermanding my efforts to scumhunt- i.e. obfuscating.

 

As for the other stuff- I'd have to go back to see what made me lean scum on Krak. The vote on Lenlo was meta, wasn't really me saying he was scummy. I just think he's not helpful as town, doesn't usually care about broadcasting his alignment, and did a move recently that I found cheap and lame. I can vote where I want and he looked like a good vote because of that. I voted Hallia because she looked scummier for parroting, until your continued ridiculous push on me went past the realm of belief. As for that crap about "100% pure hypocritical political spin", that is completely subjective. I don't think I was trying to spin anything.

 

Hence why I tend to townread you most times, Tommeh.

There are times that scum will back down because they think they're losing face but it's pretty clear I wasn't doing that since I thought I was winning, and handily at that!

Saying you were winning doesn't mean you automatically truly thought you were- that could have been scum!Tommy posturing.

 

And changing behavior slightly in order to try and get someone to change their read on them isn't necessarily backing down, and def not backing down from a strong stance.

 

I would generally disagree with your premise that town are more likely to compromise than scum. It depends entirely on the player. I know you're wily as scum, so if I suspect you I won't easily change my mind for something like that.

Yeah but do you get my point that once you think someone's scum you find a reason to call EVERYTHING they do from that point on scummy? You did the same thing to me in Hoof's game and I was about as pure as I can ever be there. If Cory was still alive he would have town read me easily. So would most other emotive players. I just don't understand how you don't understand when I'm pure and when I'm not.

 

 

I'm actually more willing to reconsider my reads than you think/realize, we just disagree about what actually SHOULD help change your mind about someone. I didn't find you pleading to me to read you as town while simultaneously voting me to be genuine that game, and so much of the other stuff looked like it could have been scum!Tommy flailing until the very end, really.

 

Don't forget that your reads were pretty garbo too that game btw. You hard "cleared" two scum, two that I was convinced WERE scum till we got into it.

In what world do you come to this conclusion Csarmi? Arsis looks legit scummy, and is more concerned with defending himself than anything else atm. AJ looks more like frustrated townie than anything, and regardless has been commenting on multiple people and exchanges indicating he is at least engaged and acting like he cares about catching scum (more than you could say about Arsis)
