Is the wolfkin social group hand in hand with rp group or doi have to apply for each?

They are different.  The social group is well...for being social.  Here it is specifically designed for roleplaying.  You create a character (in this case, a wolfkin), write up a bio, and then play that character in the Wheel of Time world.
