You have a limited number of actions though? I dont see why when town can spend all their points and items each night unlimitedly.

It wouldn't really matter.  I've spent quite a bit of time looking at this and stated early on that town had better powers than scum.  Because there are 300% more townies scum can't actively anticipate every action town could use and thus each member of the scum team has to have enough points to avoid it all or they will eventually be outted.  It's a shot in the dark that is very heavily in towns favor, especially since not all of the powers were adequately explained (such as meeko, which could also be interpreted to be a lightning rod) and since scum has no natural NK and since scum doesn't have but one day utility that doesn't directly counter any of the town utilities.  

 

This game can be won in two days by either team but it heavily favors whoever got more points during the previous day and just based on numbers that means town wins.

 

I understand what you're saying.  However, I'm still curious to see how things play out from here forward.  There is still plenty of gameplay.

 

Then again, if you really, honestly believe what you're saying then you should just give us the names of your teammates.  Put your money where your mouth is.

 

 

I would happily do that and have already told them to concede but I think that personally revealing that for them is against the spirit of the game.

Nah.  I really like this concept and think that with a bit of refining this setup can become viable.  Now I am just discussing mechanics.  Please don't try to get me to give teammates up or I'll have to leave and I don't want to because post game discussion almost always sucks.

Couldn't use our own damn abilities if I did.  It would have cost us.  Also, the definition of a meeko is so vague that I took it as a completely different thing than the mod admitted it was this morning.  It sounds exactly like a lightning rod that kills you if you use it.  It says it eats everything in sight, aka all actions INCLUDING kills and that it may have unfortunate consequences.  The mod definition this morning of it taking all unused items is completely different from what it does.

But still, possible scum strategy.  Point grab D1, buy meeko and use it even if it means suicide.  Then, with all the other points you didn't spend yet buy silencers and silence everyone who is actually posting to allow you to continue to point grab.  Then ursula's necklace some people and ride the wave?

Buy the control and make someone "claim" to have gotten a guilty when it is faked.  After that nobody would be able to trust cop views again.
