I find it more likely that the Lovers would be chosen at random, and maybe also with a town and mafia pair. My true character is Fred and I can character claim as him.

Are you serious..? Thorum has even said that all 12 characters are in the game, and it wouldn't make any sense if multiple people could claim the same character.

I already said that my real character is Fred, and he is also my "fakeclaim". AVM can't possible have the same fakeclaim because that wouldn't work.

Yes, and what if a town character who's original character is a Weasley can only character claim as a Malfoy? He could of course say that he isn't really a Malfoy, but he can't hint at which other character he might be. 

 

The game would be broken if multiple people had the same fakeclaim.

I feel your play has been off all game, why I am voting you to start with and the claim just is not sitting right with your play.

@Thorum, I got a few questions to you about character claiming and roleclaiming. Making it in public as it might interest others too.

 

• Just for the record: Are the twelve possible characters in the game: Weasley: Arthur, Molly, Bill, Charlie, Percy, Fred, George, Ron, Ginny (Weasley) and Malfoy: Lucius, Narcissa, Draco
• Is it possible for two players to get the same character to claim? How do you distribute 12 claims between 9 players?
• Players aren't allowed to hint at whether the claim they got is their real character, right? To what extent can players discuss their own character claims? What is allowed and what isn't allowed?

Any characterclaim you make has to be the one you have been assigned.  Which also includes confirming hints. For the rest, you are free.

Actually we DO know that multiple people have the same fakeclaim.

 

1) Both of you claimed Fred, that's proof by itself (as per what the mod told us).

2) We know that everyone has a town claim, there are 12 players and 9 possible claims so there.

I was talking about Tina's theory which said that there could be multiple players who had the same fake claim. I know that I'm the real Fred, and I also have him as my fake claim. AVM could be another town character, but he has to fake claim as Fred but I find the odds against him so I'm still all in for lynching him. He has also been quiet during the last page or so and I don't take that as a good sign.
