well, whether you call it prayer, good wishes, vibes whatever... so many people thinking positive thoughts towards someone surely must make at least a small difference.

i agree. though there are soo many of us that would like to participate, but we are all spread out around the world. so why dont we post any prayers, good wishes, or comments for RJ here?

I honestly cannot find better words than these, and when tragedy strikes someone close to my heart i like to share this piece of my "scripture" (please MJK dont smite me for this!)

"Embrace this moment. Remember. We are eternal, and all this pain is an illusion."

I just mean a whole lot of people get together, we schedule a time and date, and whether you are religious or not, pray, pass your best wishes, whatever. If we do this all at the same time, maybe we can create some kind of (for lack of better words) universal mass possitive karma. At the very least, if RJ reads this forum, here is a official place to say thank you and express your love for him.

I'll start, RJ, I don't know you personally, but I want to thank you for giving me some of my favorite moments in life. I would rather read your books than do any other leisure activity I can think of, banning spending time with my son and wife. Sometimes I wish I could be a character in one of your books where good and evil are so easily recognizable, so I could know which side to be on. I will forever love you for the wonderful story you've chosen to share with me, and I'll do my best to make sure you live forever in the memories of my family and friends by sharing the story you have shared with me.

Thank you

P.S. How about Christmas Day?

I'm far from religious as well, but I'm liking this idea. I think spending a little time on Christmas sounds good. Ive been reading this series near constantly for a few years now, when the world around me feels like its crumbling or turning against me, I grab a WoT book and lose myself in it, almost using it as a sort of buffer between whatever is there that would depress me or have someother unwanted effect.

Thank you for writing this series RJ.
