I know the topic's been done a few times recently, but I'm picking up my copy of Borderlands 2 for XBOX tonight, and thought I'd see if anyone else would be playing? If not, what might you be playing?

 

If you don't know about it, Borderlands 1 was awesome. It's like an RPG-First Person Shooter, with kinda cartoony, cell-shaded graphics. Mixes good tongue-in-cheek humor with some brutal game play, so it's got pretty much everything I like. I'm not a big time gamer, but been waiting for this one for a while.

 

So, anyone?

Hahaha. Well, nothing wrong with that. My first couple hours of Borderlands 2 was freaking awesome. You can have up to 4 people in your game at once as you do the story... TONS of humor. Love it

Yeah man, it's pretty sweet. It's also the one way I've found to keep in touch with a few of my Portland friends since moving away...good ol' video games

Who are you playing as?

Well, I did most of game 1 as the Psiren, so I figured dont fix what isn't broken. While her powers are different (Phaselock instead of Phasewalk), it proved to be an invaluable skill while playing in a group of people. I was playing with two assassins and a Commando, and I was frequently the last person left alive in rough battles to help save people, because her powers and perks help control the fighting really well, and can buy you time to help team mates

I've been playing GRFS, BF3 and Fallout3 to tide me over though!
