if there are Darkfriends among the Aiel it's not unbelievable that one of them is a Wise One ( Sorilea ?) and she could have told Asmodean all he wanted to know

 

Sorilea wasn't around to tell Asmodean that information. You'll have to search for another culprit.

DFs there are among the Aiel. It would have to be a chief or a WO to tell Asmo what the whole Rhuidean thing was about, in detail.

Anyhow Couladin's reaction makes it clear, he didn't know the Aiel history.

If he had, there would have a really big mess.

You are all thinking that you must be either a Darkfriend or a victim of compulsion to act as Couladin did , he was simply driven by ambition .

He wanted power , how and why ? he did not care , while he was intent on looting the "wetland" and was certainly a bad person it was pure ambition that drove him .

 

I always taught it was from Mat and Rand that Asmodean got the info on the Ter'angreal
