I have confirmation that there are no alignments in the game except "town" and "mafia," and don't you think a mafia arsonist on a team that can also recruit and is inside town guilds, would be a bit...dare I say it...overpowered? All they'd have to do is light everyone up who isn't mafia and kill whoever they don't prime or recruit. That is way too mafia-powered, methinks.

I was under the impression, actually, that Wombat was pretty reluctant to vote Kae. I may be wrong--I don't trust my memory this late at night, this far past my bedtime. But I thought he actually said he didn't like the Kae vote, at least here on thread. I am probably horribly wrong, but I'm not going back and checking--too tired.

Pushing blame off on Meesh? If you were town, which you obviously aren't, I'd hope that you'd share your pro-town agenda with the rest of us. None of us can see this incredible vetting idea you have, other than your tool, Meesh. And as far as Wom pushing for Kae's lynch, her casing was a no-brainer. Using that to vet yourself is weak, weak. Quit dodging my questions, quit pushing it off on Meesh and deal with it.

Wombat questioned Sakea's reveal immediately in post #41, then 42 and 44. Then suggests lynch Lily even though Song had a tonw on Lily in post 45. Then after Sakea was lynched, Wombat gave the obligatory "she played that horribly" post in #50.

 

You don't see how that is him pushing his team towards not believeing Sak's reveal and voting her? Really? I came in and though I was holding the game up and trusted Wombat's instinct, which is why I voted her. Go back and look at the game thread too, and see who was pushing her lynch.

 

NotBob can vet himself right now. I can vet myself in night phase, and am wanting to. How do you not understand what that means for today's lynch? If me, you, notbob and wombat ALL knew who Song was and Song got NK'ed, you gotta assume someone in that group was compromised. If I'm YOU, I'm saying I'm not scum, NotBob can vet himself, and Ape can tonight - leaves Wombat. My point is to try to use the info we have and opportunities to vet to reduce the pool to the most likely convert. Lynch him, because he's likely scum - good kill for town.

 

If NotBob doesn't vet himself, then you have another good target for the next night phase. Again, a good kill for town.

Ugh, I really should go to bed--I keep missing stuff. Yes, Wombat was suspicious of Kae on the QT--he said he could go for either Kae or Christine. However, he didn't post much in the QT, not like Ape does, so I was under the impression that he may have changed his mind between one post and the next--it all really blurs together for me, because I don't take notes.

 

But Wombat wasn't really pushing a Kae lynch, that, at least, I'm pretty sure of.

You don't have issues. Ape is hoping that the fact that he has a dictionary lying open next to his laptop will divert us from the fact that he has no case, he can't redirect us with his big words, and that his postings so far can't keep us from noticing that anyone he's mentioned so far has been town. If what you say is true, and Wom didn't like a Kae lynch (and if you'll notice, nor did I), then Ape using Wom as a target is a serious scum tell. Lynch him you lemmings!!

I'm not pushing anything off on meesh. I'm trying to get her on my page, she's the one with a NK ability. I'm trying to help her shoot into a more informed and narrowed pool. I've given her the answers to the questions she's asked and she is being purposely thick about it, doesn't understand sincerely or I'm not doing a good enough job of explaining.

Why would you need to take notes? Our QT only has 64 posts in it TOTAL. You can read them. I just told you the exact posts where Wombat nudges us to not believe Sakea, THAT is how scum influence lynches, subtlety. Not obvious.

 

I'm assuming at this point you are scum. If you are being this obtuse as town, I think I've played my last game here. This is ridiculous.

YOUR QT has 65 posts. Tophats have 386. Glassmakers have 114. Chemists have 196. I think the Machinists are the only ones with less posts than your QT--yup, 21 posts. But really--yeah, that's a lot to keep track of, so sorry for not being TOTALLY on top of things.

 

And how can Wombat have "tons" of posts if the thread only has 65 posts, compared to over 100 in every other active guild? Sheesh. Talk about being obtuse.

I'm trying to reduce your pool. My conclusion is that we could guess about lynching 1/14 attempting to get the converter (if its one person) OR we can go 1/2 and have a pretty good chance at a automaton.

 

NotBob should vet himself and shoot Wombat. Then, I can vet myself by targeting one of the other claimed roles. I have someone in mind, but lets get to that point first.

 

Since I gave us a path for NotBob to vet himself, and I am willing to vet myself. I'd say don't lynch us now. That leaves you and Wombat that knew Song was a Cop. If you are telling the truth, the Wombat should be the lynch. Then if Wombat flips converted scum, I'd consider shooting Ishmael tonight.
