Also, I feel more inclined to believe Ishy than Meesh. She's been pretty aggressive in her responses and nothing from her has really convinced me that she's the actual doc. Plus, being pretty adamant about lynching me when I know I'm town hasn't helped in my eyes.

idk what to think of Wombat's RB at the moment. Especially when BH came out at night with his results = why would he do so unless the mod had told him that and he wanted to share? He had to know that he would get flack for it.

It was a safe block. If Hoof was lying, which I thought he was, I would have a chance at blocking a mafia action (maybe even the nk). If he wasn't then there was no way my block would prevent him from getting results.

I actually kinda believe Nolder. His play screamed cop/doctor to me but unlike the Ape, I don't like to risk outing power roles on Day One in the hopes of catching scum.

I don't like this post by womby at all. He "believes nolder." I've never seen him agree with anyone in a game. Then he goes with a "gut feeling."

 

Could also be scum false claiming to lure out the real doc. I wouldn't put it past Nol to be running some early gambit.

 

I don't see this as any kind of hint Ishy, it's merely an observation that most mafia players would make, but the need to voice t was interesting.

 

Well, in my initial post on this, I just said that it was a possible gambit, not definitively, just something to think about. Ape's points about the breadcrumbing hints seem to support the theory, to me at least. Although it still strikes me as strange that Nol would hint at Cop, then claim Doc. Just doesn't sit right with me. And Wom's stalwart defense of him seems off. I'm still not willing to throw a vote out there until after I hear from a few more players. And also because I'm not quite ready to take a chance on us lynching the real Doc.

I find it funny that Rey has switched BACK to Nolder now. I like my vote where it is. I think that Rey was trying to distance from either Nolder or McClane. At this point it looks more and more like Nolder.

His stuff about Ishy's vote is really weak, so I don't know if there just wasn't much there or their scum buddies and nolder was trying not to bring too much attention to him.

Hopefully gonna be a bit more active from here on out--I don't feel 100% better or anything, but not as scary as before, plus I pretty much gave up on winning NaNo this year--too much other stuff going on, I guess. Thoughts thus far: I kinda want to wait and see what happens with the fight/flee thing. I'm not getting a scummy vibe from Pandy's posts; I thought it made sense, and I agree that we're kind of stuck without any coroner reports. It's tricky, because without a coroner report it's hard to move forward, but we don't necessarily want the coroner to be outed for the scum to target--if we lose the coroner, it's just blindly feeling our way around this game. Hoof's game was the first I played with the coroner as a role instead of a Mod function, so I'm still figuring this out...but anyway, I just wanted to say that I see where Pandy's coming from.

 

I don't really like the Key train; seems kinda random. We don't have a mod-confirmed Nol alignment, but I feel like there are still better options than Key--we don't have to lynch totally blindly. I dunno; I've been reading along but I haven't REread, so maybe I should do that first. My memory isn't exactly foolproof.

 

I don't like the defending of these two trains. Seems weird to me.

 

Meesh and Key go back and forth for awhile because Meesh decides Key is scummy, just not for the reason everyone else is on the key wagon. I don't want to quote those posts because I honestly didn't get much from their argument.

To be honest, I have a real hard time buying roleblocker as a town role. I also don't support Wombat's logic that lynching between the 2 docs is the best course of action here.

 

I've been kicking around the idea of lynching wombat first. It would remove his ability to roleblock, thus allowing both docs to go into night phase. If the real doc self-protects, then we won't lose our doc.

 

Hopefully we have a cop and/or coroner still in play, so we should eventually get the info we need to lynch the right doc. No need to decide now.
