I'm just so frustrated because I JUST got out of a major depression episode and now I'm all wacky. I saw a psychiatrist once and she said it sounded like I have Bipolar II, but then I was taking bipolar meds and they didn't help, and just taking melatonin every night seemed to make it all go away...except now it's back, and maybe I should just sell my liver to the drug companies because I'm not gonna have one if I take bipolar meds anyway.

I don't know. It's just really frustrating. No one ever figures out what's wrong with me, and not knowing is hard because how can I prepare when I don't know what to prepare for? If I knew I was gonna be this hyperactive and irritable, I would have avoided most social interaction if I could to spare myself and everyone else the annoyance.

Anyway, maybe we should try to cheer each other up.

I just had a thought that maybe it could be seasonal? I remember the first time I saw a psychiatrist for this it was about this time of year, last year, and over the sunny months I seemed to be just fine. Is this something that could be part of SAD?

Does it sound thyroidy? How so? My thyroid pretty much doesn't work anymore, hasn't for the past 11 years, so I take medicine to get my daily hormones.... Is it normal to kind of fluctuate at times like that?
