I just moved and my head went all dizzy

sometimes when I get up quickly everything goes all black

labrynthitis... or benign positional vertigo, but probably labrynthitis.

how do you know these things? and I think you may be over-reacting a little

it's not a difficult thing to know, and labrynthitis is really not usually a big problem, if there's a history of ear infections i'd say it's even more likely. i just had a case myself, there's a virus going around with it. a lot of ppl got quite ill with it, you cna get really nauseated, but not always. it's just like a sinus infection but the part of the ear that's responsible for somatic kinesthesis, balance and what all, gets inflamed, and you get the spinnies, dizzy when you turn your head or change positions. like being drunk without the fun.

if i'd wanted to overreact, believe me, there's a long list of rule outs i could have mentioned, but they're silly.

it's a head cold, NBD.
