The Raven Begins

Some of you know The Raven character from DC Comics, and others from the Cartoon Network show 'Teen Titans'. Either way, she's back!

 

The CW is looking into a TV series adaptation of DC Comics super heroine "Raven" as a potential replacement for the outgoing "Smallville" and already has given the show an episode pick-up order.

 

In the comics, the character Rachel Roth is a half-demon with empathic and telepathic skills and the power of teleportation, skills she uses to stop various villains

 

Diego Gutierrez is set to write and produce the first episode. The CW previously attempted to turn Batman comic spinoff "Birds of Prey" into a series which only lasted thirteen episodes. A pilot for a potential "Aquaman" series was shot but never picked up.

I've always wondered how in comics/manga/anime/cartoons, teleporting characters, don't teleport right out of there clothing. :P
