Part 3 - The Role of an Aes Sedai

3.1. What do you think the role of an Aes Sedai is ICly?

To guide the world in the 'right' direction, and prepare it to survive Tarmon Gaidon.

3.2. What has been the greatest sacrifice your character has made to become an Aes Sedai?

Rochel had to give up her family, and a life she wanted, to become something she has always disliked, and take up a life she wanted nothing to do with.

3.3. How is your character going to Serve All?

At first, she'll leave the Tower and travel around, trying to help people as best she can with Saidar as her tool.  After a while, she will come to realize the futility of doing this on her own and begin to understand the importance of the Ajah's.  She'll then return and begin to act more in accordance with her ajah, taking up the ajah's purpose as her way of helping the world.

3.4. What would you like your character to achieve? What are her ambitions in life? What kind of RP plans do you have in mind for your Sister?

Rochel has no specific ambitions within the Tower.  In fact, she'd fight tooth and nail to avoid ever becoming a Sitter, or getting caught up in Tower politics.  She would always much rather be an active force in the field, using her abilities in a constructive, useful way.  My RP plans for her greatly reflect this, basically throwing her into the middle of every situation where she feels she can be a positive influence.  Emphasis on what SHE feels.

3.5. How does your character feel about Warders in general and of the whole bonding?

Rochel will be one of those Red's who thinks her ajah is foolish for not bonding warders.  Warders are useful, and therefore are more than acceptable in her book.  She'll have a little difficulty accepting Asha'man warders at first, but after she sees the potential in it, she'll be more than happy to experiment along those lines as well.

And we all know how big Arath/Rochel is on experimentation. *waggles brows*

Congrats err... Arath? Rochel? Gawd, this is all so confusing. Anyway, great job. Can't wait to do this interview thing myself. *grins*
