Since Siuan can lie after being stilled, is the whole story about Logain and the red ajah total BS or did this actually go down. Its never really said outright that its a fabrication and everyone takes it for fact but it seems kinda far fetched to me. So is his Siuan glad as hell she can lie again or did this actually go down

It's a big fat lie that Siuan came up with so that the Salidar Aes Sedai would include her and Leane in their plans.

That, and also it was a way for them to further motivate the Salidar Aes Sedai into action against Elaidi, as well as a method at which they could convince Nobles and others that the "Rebel" White Tower was the *TRUE" tower, simply seeking to restore its order against the "False" tower.

Personally I don't think it was as big a lie Suiane thought it was when she made it up.  Logain has kept silent over the whole issue.  And we know from the "Owen Merrlin Affair" that the reds have done some unofficial actions concerning men who channel.

I don't think it is a big conspircy that leads directly to Elidia, unlike the "Owen Merrlin Affair," but I do think some reds were acting without permission from the Hall or their mother.  They may have been black.

Siuane herself has said it was a lie and that it is part of a conspiracy plot.

Yes, the REd Sisters did stupid things during the "vile period", and that is precisely why her lie is believable.
