What is the deal that the Shaido make with the Tower?

 

also, Who "sends a message" to the Salidar sisters by nearly killing Demira when they go to Caemlyn to meet with Rand?  They look like Aiel, but they have black eyes.

Deal between Aes Sedia and Shaido, I take it was relating to the White Tower embassy.  Exact details I do not know.

 

Attack on Demira; there has been alot of speculation on that, but not yet proof.

Oh, ok.  So there is no definite answer on either.  I'm not the only one who doesn't know.  Good to know.

It is implied that the an alliance was being organized between the tower and the shaido, although I believe it was contrieved to be a chance for DF's to talk to each other. The shaido felt dishonoured upon their leaving of the embassies camp and the embassy felt that the 'barbarians' would be easily manipulated.

I don't think Sevanna cared at all about the Tower supporting them. She used them to get Rand away from his own forces so she could then capture him and marry him for more power. If you'll remember, Sevanna had one of her own Wise Ones killed and made it look like Aes Sedai did it, initiating the attack

IIRC, Galina wanted the Shaido to kill off Gawyn (and I think The Younglings too) under the guise of an attack.
