Yeah they can. Witches are not inherently evil, just so you know. You're considered good/bad depending upon WHAT you do, so if I do only good, I'm good. It's Harry Potter versus Voldy. Good vs Bad. :p

Lol, Normal boys do though. That's how I get what I want: pouty face, some tears, etc. It seems to work well enough. Who ever said women weren't powerful?
