i can't believe Crystal was in the bottom two, but i'm glad that Lee didn't go home.

 

 

Kacey will be going home next week.  and Crystal shall be the next Idol

I don't know.  I thought it would be Crystal early on, but they've been really pumping Lee the last few weeks.  Not that they tell him he's awesome all the time, they still point out the flaws, but they do a lot of the "you need to believe you can win it!" which totally sets up the vote-for-the-underdog/nice-guy mentality.  I do think it'll be Lee and Crystal in the final (unless chicks crushing on pretty blonde guys have lots of phone lines because you know it's the looks and not the tunes getting the votes) but I'm not so sure anymore which of them will take it.  I think Lee got a lot of the Aaron votes transferred to him when Aaron left and might get a good chunk of the Mike votes too, provided people are voting on music style rather than because his baby's cute.  ;)  I could see it being another Adam/Kris style upset.

eh w/e happens with american idol doesn't matter to much in the long run anyways, seriously the only 3 names i've heard actually have a career after this show was over were kelly clarkson, carrie underwood and ... ok i normally know his name but im brain farting here. Came in 5th a few years back...was offered a spot in Creed or something but made his own band? dudes done very well for himself apparently. completely spacing but w/e.

 

anyways the only other time i hear about the other winners is if they get brought out on stage for american idol. it seems if your gonna have a music career outta this winning isnt 100% necessary

Lee made me cry this week.  Damn him.  At least my husband wasn't in the room to make fun of me for it.

Lee certaintly stole the show last week. 

 

i was unimpressed by Crystals choice of song.  it was too safe of a choice and she had already done a song by that artist before.

El choose a good song for her, which was good.

 

 

i'm glad it was Casey that went home and not Crystal.

 

 

i like both Lee and Crystal, but i've been rooting for Crystal this entire season and will still be rooting for her this Tuesday :)

Sinatra Week: No one impressed me, except for Lee.  I was very disappointed in all of the other performances...I thought Sinatra week would be positively awesome

The sound system for that place really sucked

 

I laughed at each of the bloopers (like crystal dropping her mic)

i've been waiting for an artist to do 'Black Velvet' i still think Chick from last year could have done it as well; but i was happy with Crystals performance of it.

 

her voice was a bit jumpy at times, but mostly because she was bending down to shake hands with the audience.

 

 

i didn't like the U2 remake at all.  and was the "Mountian" song Crystal did one of her own or a remake??  i've never heard it before so i'm not sure.

 

 

Crystal has this one in the bag :)  as i've said from day 1 *nods*

was suprised honestly.  i don't like his remake of the U2 song though, the vocals sound off on it.

I truly believe Crystal was better in pretty much every way.  She started petering off towards the end of the season, but she was still unbelievable so many times.  Her voice is better and she has a much bigger range than Lee.

 

Oh well, they were both good, and both should have great albums.

 

 

Honestly...I wish Sanjaya had won.  He's obviously the best that's ever been on Idol.  Well, him or Mikalah.
