Why Hasn't Rand Helped Mat And/Or Perrin More? (At All, Really)

Masema sees Rand as the light incarnate basically
And if someone sent by the Light Incarnate told him to do something, he would. Why should Rand waste time when he can delegate the job to someone else, who can also do a far better job of bringing in Ghealdan?

It's like leaving the Aes Sedai alone with the Sea Folk, it doesn't work out well when you extract the Dragon Reborn from the scenerio.
Except Perrin is also ta'veren. So if it works for one, it should for both.

Rand has Logain warning him
Why should he trust logain over Taim?
he's had assassination attempts on his life by rogue Ashaman
Note: rogue. Taim considered them traitors.
he has LTT screaming in his head about male channelers.
LTT is insane. He was ranting about Demandred and Sammael around Taim.

He's had multiple reasons not to trust Taim
And they are?

There are 24 hours in a day, and Rand should be using every one of them.
Because sleep deprivation is generally regarded as the best path to victory. Overworking himself won't help.

So you are saying that Rand doesn't think a direct order from The Dragon Reborn would cause Masema to try to get a handle on his followers?
No, I'm saying that if he can be trusted to gather his troops in without Rand looking over his shoulder, why not just send someone else in the first place? Send Perrin with orders from Rand. Perrin can do the job. Or would you rather he sat around doing nothing?

Well, more specifically we were talking about what accomplishments Rand has made.
And slaughtering a Trolloc army is an accomplishment.

In the first couple of books Rand is a farmer who still doesn't beleive he is the Dragon Reborn. There is no reason to expect him to do anything like he is in the latter books.
In the later books, he still needs to rest.

Ordering the sea folk was something Logain did
On Rand's orders. Rand can't do everything himself, he needs to delegate.
I also think he sent others to set up a meeting
Of course. Delegating. He can't spend all his time negotiating treaties and truces himself. He needs to have other people do things.
lying about and postponing things.
What has he postponed?

He postponed the meeting with the sea folk long enough. At this moment he is postponing to set Taim right altho he knows something afoul is going on there. Sure there arent that many things but you cant say that Rand couldnt be more efficient. Like you said, he cant do everything himself so he sent Logain to the sea folk and others(cant remembers who) to the seanchan because he cant do everyhting himself. But what did he do in the meantime there?

If you are referencing Rand's actions in KoD, then he did plenty. After destroying the 100,000 Trollocs, he sent Logain to the Sea Folk, Merise to the Salidar Aes Sedai, raised Darlin to King of Tear, ended the rebellion of the Tairen nobles, sent a very large army to Arad Doman to get ready for Tarmon Gai'don and end the fighting there, and met with "Tuon" aka Semirhage.

Im not, I didnt set the time span here, I just disagreed upon some points of Mr Ares. But yea lets see here, the 100.000 trollocs, how much time did he spend planning this massacre? None, it came as a suprise. How long did the fighting continue? Not very long. Yes he sent Logain to the sea folk, and Im sure he spook to logain at great length before that, especially since he seem to like his company. Yes he visited Darlin in Tear, agreed to Darlin becomming king who hasn't been crowned yet, how long did that meeting take btw? Not that many words were exchanged. The tairen nobles rebellion had nothing to do with his direct actions, he sent Aes Sedai to cope with them and they did, Rand spent no time whatsoever on that rebellion excpet giving the Aes Sedai their instructions. Yeah he met with Semrihage, a meeting that took great length, the planning together with Bashere might have taken some time. And he didnt send Merise he spoke to Cadsuane who is allways by his side who in turn spoke to Merise who carried out the order.
