A no lynch today is not a very good option.  CJ or Dragon are reasonable lynches. 

 

Cj has brought a lot off attention and appears to me as newbie scum.  Newbie scum always have really good reasons why they do the things they do.  The also make themselves look guiltier when they explain their actions. 

 

Dragon?  Has a very in your face style and I thinks may appear guilty a lot even if he isn't.  I see three possible choices for Dragon.

 

 

 

First, he is town and just like myself and two others reads CJ as scum.

 

Second, he is scum and feels CJ is an easy lynch to push.  I do get the feeling Dragon could get someone lynch regardless of their alignment. Especially a new player. I also notice the people who play with him alot feel the same way.

 

Thirdly they are both dirty, I actually pulled this with Doggin aka Kivam the evil wizard on the JN board.  It was my second game first game as mafia and I attacked him got him voted and he and I walked easily to a scum win. 

 

If we get closer to deadline I could change but I want to read thru one more time during lunch today.

 

Oh Yeah, these are in order of most likely to least likely.

And so day 2 ends with nary a lynch in sight.  This most conciliatory group of mafia players sit about sipping tea with their pinky fingers at a jaunty angle.  The mafia in the room are most glad for the tea biscuits as it helps them stifle their snickers.

I agree, this is not good. Bt we may get a little infomation from those that didn't vote. Maybe both are mafia and there team didn't want to vote for either. Or they stayed on CJ as Dragon was mafia. Something to think on at least.

 

But yeah, we need to look at those that haven't voted (both times) and those that didn't change their vote.

As day approaches a thunder storm starts up waking everyone.  A bolt of lightning strikes one of the trailers in which the bands are sleeping killing the occupants.

 

mcs, [static interference from storm], is mod-killed for inactivity (5 days with no posts)

 

Once the rain lets up the rest of the bands emerge except one.  cosmicpanda aka Take That, the town Cop, was killed in the night.

 

 

There are 6 bands remaining.  4 votes are required for a lynch.  The deadline is Friday at 10:00 PM EST.

P.S.  Take That?  The Cop?  I had trouble finding a good match for a Cop using my selection criteria and I made it make sense in my head.  ;)

although...re-reading the thread, i'm now wondering what pandy's game was.  he was all for me being mafia the first day, and the second day he switched to DS completely.  he was the finder, so we know he wasn't trying to pull anything scummy.  if he had viewed DS, he either would tell us if he was mafia, or he WOULDN'T go after him because he would be innocent.  so DS was NOT viewed.  and since pandy was thinking he was mafia, and since pandy was innocent, and has a LOT more experience at this game than i do, i think even more that DS is mafia then. 

and since pandy was innocent, you know me and him weren't 'working together' or anything. 

it DOES strike me as odd, however, that he came out and said that i did a good job of making myself look scummy, but he honestly believed i'm innocent and just a n00b.  anyone else would never have that kind of faith in anyone else's word on a mafia game.  they would, as DS is, believe me to be mafia and using my newbie status as an excuse.  why did pandy believe me then?

I can never remember that WIFOM, so I tend to ignore it, I don't like so many acronyms, I'm sure they are made up half the time to make people sound like they know what they are talking about.

 

I think what CJ is trying to say is that Pandy was gunning for him on the first day, then suddenly he wasn't and was willing to go for Dragon. Now he could have viewed dragon and he was mafia, but more than likely he viewed CJ and he was innocent. That would be the meaning behind his statement.

 

It maybe that that comment of Pandy's was picked up at the time, hence the night kill. I think I will go with [glow=red,2,300]Dragon [/glow]still. I don't think CJ is mafia, I do believe he was viewed by Pandy. I think that at the moment we will be able to get some information from his lynch, something which we are lacking so much at the moment!

Actually I voted for him long before we knew anything about the finder.  Im not 100% sold on him or Dragon but I have had a chance to look at this assumption based on knowing Pandy was the finder and I do see how it tips the scale from CJ to Dragon.  So with further haste [glow=red,2,300]unvote[/glow]
