Apparently "Two Rivers" is a detention facility :)

 

This quote made my laugh: "... challenges anyone who doubts the security at Two Rivers".  I hadn't caught the name until that quote.  In light of the recent re-read of tSR, and the battles of Two Rivers, I found that comical

I take all my summers in the Blight.  They have the greatest 5 star hotel there, no one to bother you, and it's ok to kill anyone who happens to on accident. ;D
