And Isam is the one responsible for calling down all the trollocs on the two rivers and attempting to kill everyone that Perrin ever cared about. I definitely see Perrin holding a grudge against slayer.
The Trollocs were there to help deal with Fain, which was Slayer's mission. It was Fain who killed Perrin's family.

I'm not sure that Perrin is either aware of or would care about that particular distinction.  I feel confident that he would kill both Fain and Isam, given the chance ...
He'd certainly make use of any opportunity, I'm just pointing out that Isam didn't attempt to kill everyone Perrin loved. Fain had already got there.

So far as Perrin knows, it was Trollocs.  Thus, if Perrin realizes that Slayer was in charge of the trollocs, he would probably blame him.  But so far as I can tell, Perrin only has grounds to suspect that Luc (hence Slayer) was a spy for the trollocs.  Nevertheless, I think that is enough for Perrin to kill him, given the chance (not even mentioning the dead wolves).  Likewise, Fain is worth killing for bringing the trollocs on Winternight, regardless of whether Perrin knows or suspects any of his other misdeeds.

Yes, but he didn't do them any favors by bringing a bunch of Trollocs into their neighborhood.  I'm sure he caused as many deaths in the Two Rivers as Fain did.  Its not like Slayer gave the Trollocs as "No eating Two River Folk" order.  Perrin still have plenty of reason to want Slayer dead.
