Regarding Sitters (Attn Ajah Heads)

Ok ladies and gents. So here is the down low. Now that our member base is starting to go up, this is what I want done. I want as soon as possible, all stickys in your Ajah Boards updated. This means the stickys include contact info, members list, and anything else you think of as important for your ajah. I want these under the current ajahs heads name, not a post by an ajah head 2 years ago. *G* If you need help with this I would be more than happy to help organize this. I would like to see a graphic at the top of the sticky, you can use the one off the website, or I or someone else in this org who does siggys will hopefully help. I know some of you are pretty much on this page or on it and I appreciate it.

 

Next, Sitters will be elected every six months. By this I mean, starting in December of this year, you will either run an election, or take a look at your Sitters and decide who you want to keep, maybe it's all of them and let me know. You may also let Tig know and he will do what needs done in that regards.

 

Last, when you pick a new Sitter, you need to PM either myself or Tig and let us know. Tig will start announcing Sitter changes on the Announcement board in December and we also need to add them to this board and edit all our info such as the ajah page and the sticky in this board.

 

Also please take a look at the sticky at the top of the board, it has some duties of Ajah Heads and Sitters that I would like you to take a look at. Thanks all of you!

Elgee I was worried that the duties weren't clear, I took it from Andrea's old sticky and revised it. I have changed it so that it says who's job it is at the end of each duty. Does that look better?

I could, m'dear - did you have anything particular in mind?  I'm using the same background themes I used for the recruiting sigs thusfar, and for the grays that would be something with Lady Justice in the foreground :D

 

I'll try to remember to do it tomorrow regardless; it's pretty late now, and I just soda'd the living heck out of my poor keyboard.

I had to go off the 'theme' for the Whites, 'cause the shadow of diamonds is slightly blue... and it looked awful against even the slightest bit of gray in the gradient.
