The Basic Training requirement (attn anyone's who's missing it)

I'm setting up a Basic Training for the ones who are missing it. It will be taught by Demi, using a NSW trainer - Evelyn. Now, I think the ones who need it are Jehaine, Tig and Emperor. If i'm forgetting anyone, please post here. The Basic Training thread will be put up on the weekend. You're in for a world of pain. Have fun  ;)
