I'm writing an essay on internet use among college/Uni students. so if you are in college/Uni can you help  with a little data gathering. LOL

 

Please answer these two questions..

 

how many hours do you study each day using textbook and paper sources?

 

how many hours do you use the net for study?

 

how many hours do you spend on the net for recreation/entertainment?

You might want to specify whether or not the net question applies to "fun" stuff only. Then, if you wanted, you could ask how much time is spent using the net to study. There's bound to be some crossover between the two, and it might be interesting to see just how much.  :D

I don't study every day but I'll try and give a rough approximation for days on which I do study.  :)

 

Textbooks/Paper Sources: 5 Hours

 

Internet: 1 Hour

 

Recreation: 3 Hours

 

Wouldn't this depend on subject though? I study History and as such, textbooks are my lifeline.

I'm at college right now and have just done a very similar task on my course. :P

Depends, really, but on average? An Hour.

As above, but on average 1.5

 

how many hours do you spend on the net for recreation/entertainment?

Haha, well, on average 4 on a weekday.

2. 1 hour - ish, varies day to day,

3. 1-2 hours - journals online are so useful ^_^

4. Hazarding a guess at 6 but could be slightly more
