This game is Simon's RL dream. A cross between the Operation Board Game and the movie Hostel! It takes a second to load so be patient.

 

Absolute Madness

It is a kill spree game in which you use AWDS to walk and jump and QE to switch weapons.  I would choose the ax or sword cause the guns can get confusing.  Then all you do is click the mouse and swing and kill as many people as possible.

i got frustrated on the third level when it was the -third- internal porcupine spine removal, and couldent be bothered, so i stapled the guy to death ^^
