I think many of us are from the USA, where the name ice lolly doesn't exist. Pandy is from New Zealand though, and I imagine it's just so hot down there nothing freezes. ;)

 

From what you are describing, it sounds something like what we call popsicles. And those are typically fruit flavored.

I like popsicles. I like cherry flavor, and lime flavor mostly. There are also Red, White, and Blue ones where the White is lemonade flavor, and those are good too.
