Relaxing Character Limits

The rule of one character per Div has been relaxed.  You may now have up to 3 PCs per Division.  This means, for our purposes, FL, Seanchan, Seafolk, Kin, and Ogier.  Go nuts. :D

So I assume that means 3 normal FLs, 3 kin, 3 ogier, 3 seanchan etc?
