The Brownie Ajah (I heard that was an official rename...) proudly brings to you... chocolate recipes, version 2025!

There is no beginning nor ending to the Turning of the Wheel, and you may see recipes from a previous Age not far from here BUT... we ask for your best recipes of this Age! For the Novices who may be confused, that means your grandma recipe that's to die for is absolutely ACCEPTED. On the other hand, the Compulsive recipe you found in the forbidden library from the Forsaken of another age are NOT. Ahem, well, just thought I'd clarify...

Now, to launch things: a 2-ingredient chocolate ganache!

- Wands at the ready (sorry, wrong fandom...)

- Imagine you are a muffin dipped in chocolate... surrender to the Source...

- Place an equal amount of dark chocolate and cream or butter in a dish. Weave air and fire (aka microwave) for 30 seconds, mix and repeat until entirely melted.

- Cover the desired food (or person)

- Use weaves of air to remove any trace of gluttony

Very enticing 🙂

And educational. Ganache has been added to my vocabulary. Sounds like we have a Brown in the making here, using all fancy-dancy words and everything, lol.

Interesting recipe.  Definitely need to try this.  Mexican hot chocolate is definitely one of my favorite "decadent" pleasures... especially on a bitterly cold winter morning. I found a lovely link to a site with a wonderful recipe.

oooo my gosh i love mexican hot chocolate! it may sound odd to say but years ago El Pollo Loco had some and honestly it was some of the best i've ever had.

every morning i have some brewed cacao and almost always add some cayenne to it. the chili powder is a new one, have you tried that recipe Don?

I would be remiss if I did not add a classic from where I'm from in the Deep South.

It's called Chocolate Gravy (no not syrup or pudding) and Biscuits. It's usually eaten

on Christmas morning, traditionally, but it's a comfort food so it's good all the time. Enjoy!

Yum! Sign me up for some hot chocolate of any kind (dare I say, yes, even white chocolate... although my preference is for a dark Latin American brew...)

As for Ganache setup in my room, @Donchadh , we'll need to make sure @HeavyHalfMoonBlade is around to show us these neat cleaning weaves that we would never attempt until we have full authorization - of course 😚

For today's recipe, I thought I'd aim high... drumrolls for The Best chocolate cake recipe EVER
