Reviving this thread. =)

I finally saw Walk the Line last night. Good movie, but not as great as I was hoping for. Reese Witherspoon continues to be adorable. I would totally forsake my marriage vows for Joaquin Phoenix.

I saw Ultraviolet. I was not impressed. The fight sequence rocked but other than that if you don't know the background, then it ain't worth the price of admission.

I finally saw...

The Blair Witch Project. It was the scariest freakin' movie I have ever seen, even though as Dave Barry described it "the camera looked as if strapped on the head of a hyperactive seal looking for ants". :D

The original movie? CLASSIC! Great 80's music and 80 style bad acting.

The Break up...

Vince Vaughn plays his classic character which is always funny, but I felt the story fell al little short. It was worth it just for Vince though.

You didn't "finally" see it, if its been out for less than a week. This is for movies that have been out for awhile and you somehow missed them.

Turdio.

I finally saw Donnie Darko. I think I missed the point of about half of it.

I don't know if "finally saw" applies since it's only 2 years old, but I watched The Life Aquatic last weekend. It was so riveting that I browsed forums and read journals the whole time. I don't think I could even tell you much of what happened after the first 10 minutes. Maybe not even the first 10 mintues, it was that memorable. Hubbie turned to me at the end and said, "I guess we're done with Bill Murray?" since his parts are not much to our taste anymore.

I saw Rosemary's Baby. It was kinda creepy at times, and I thought the ending was a bit weird, but overall an alright movie.

Underworld Evolution.

I admit I enjoyed it... maybe it was the tight pants. MMMM

Beautiful Boxer.

Parinya Charoenphol is the world's coolest. Ever.

The third star wars... again.

Every time I watch it on HBO, I cringe. Terrible acting. The only saving grace are the fight scenes... which is why I watch it over and over.

finally saw Avatar and Time Machine. They were both good enough that I enjoyed them. Neither one is old, but in the case of Avatar I'm about the only person I know who didn't see it in the theater so I thought it applied. I honestly don't remember when Time Machine came out. It's not that old, but aside from remembering the trailer it made no impression on me.

Hey man, we actually have a thread for this in the movie subboard. Also, we generally try not to post on threads that are too old, like a thread from 2006. Not a big deal, just thought I'd let you know.
