1.  I think that was already mentioned: He was low on the totem pole and they were looking for deep wolf equity.  Darthe likes to bus don't know about the rest of you.

I know you said you don't understanding wagonomics, but this is what I'm saying.

 

Cuth was probably the first person to get all riled up about the infamous post 309. He's the one who started saying there is no way that post could come from town. Actually, when you look at the vote count, he put his vote on us at #300, before that post was even made.

 

Eldrick was on us even earlier. First at 93 and then again at 424.

 

Seph was on us from 277. Again, long before the infamous post 309.

 

So what you're saying is that our 3 team mates built a wagon on us over nothing. But if we're so important to the team, why would they do that.

 

But add in this fact. Cuth unovtes us at 436. Seph and Eldrick followed after that. But then crusher tinker and notbob rebuild the wagon.

 

Now, notbob did not focus on pretty much anyone else but us (and to a lesser extent eldrick) all day long. He had no other real suspects at all, unless you count his first vote on Darthe, which darthe said he would do before he did it.

 

What kind of dumbass scum team focuses only on it's team mates for a whole damn game? That would be ridiculous.

 

There is one mafia team member who's identity we know for sure. That's NotBob.

 

We know that instead of seekign other candidates (dice woudl have been a good one, darthe would have been even better) our scum team decided to bus each other for an entire day adn then build a wagon on another member at the end of the day with no effort to find other targets?

 

That's dumb.

 

But now look at what happened with Darthe.

 

Darthe does not sus NB at all for a whole day. All day he's claiming that mrsclov/me are scum and his backup is eldrick.

 

But what does he do when he sees a build up on NB?

 

Does he say, lolguys go ahead. Doesn't matter who gets lynched because i thin they're all town, but I'm most sure of lizzy/clov who I've insisted all day will flip scum?

 

No. He does not. First he preps and says "oh, i might vote over there"

 

Then he says "okay, i'll vote over there"

 

Then after nb flips scum he says "but lizzyclov is still scum. let's lynch them!"

 

But then when I ask him what made him jump off our lynch in the first place, he says that he started to think we should have a chance to prove ourselves.

 

Except that's not true. Because immediately after the flip he says that we're scum for sure and need to be lynched.

 

does that make sense?

 

If someone's going to bus a team mate, does it make sense for them to bus one team mate all day and then bus the other one at the end of the day?

 

Or does it make more sense for someone to bus a team mate when that team mate's wagon is building steam at the end of the day so they can appear like they had town's interests at heart?

 

Except that darthe didn't even remember to pretend to have town's interest at heart, because he didn't vote NB to save a town read or even a null read. His statements after the flip said that he was voting a supposedly weaker scum read over his strongest scum read.

 

He can't have it both ways.

 

 

Okay, I get what you're saying but let me tell you a little bit about darthe:

 

I was scum with him and notbob.  we skated to like d3 i think, then we got suss'd.  Both me and a townie were neck and neck.  Darthe tells me to go vote for anyone BUT the townie and them of course.  So I did.  votes came off me like wildfire....  anyway the next day it was me and nb.  darthe said I had to go..so him and nb sacrificed me.

 

yes I know that is totally different than being day 1 but iirc and I'm sure darthe will correct me if I am wrong in my last game with him when he was scum with hallia I believe he pushed her as an early lynch as well....I could be wrong but I don't think so cause he was deep wolf....maybe hallia will remember but she's being really quiet this game also...wondering if it is her scum game, also....

 

with hallia when she is town....she points stuff out and asks a lot of questions almost right from the get go....here she has been somewhat subdued...but that could be rl too....hallia????

 

Ummm..how does this counter anything I said about how Darthe bussed NB? You basically just supported my theory with this post.

 

But Darthe is scum. This isn't even a question of theory. It's just a fact. The only question that needs sorting is who the rest of his team is.

I believe MrsClov already moved our vote to Darthe. That's probably where it will stay since the vote-splitting strategy thing didn't seem to work. And we've got another ally to help us explain things to people who still aren't seeing it yet.

Screw it I think this lynch gives just as much info as the hydra and notbob's play hasn't been the best. I would rather bet kissyclov is town over notbob and this is the only way i can save them.

You had me nodding with appreciation as you summed up your case on Eldrick as it was well thought out and with plenty of supporting evidence. 

 

Then you drop your vote on NB without building much of a case at all.

 

Will you say a bit more about your reasoning here - specifically the post where you commented that you could almost vote NB for the post of his that you quoted?

 

essentially I am not getting eldrick lynched within the next 3 hours or so? While re reading I kept noticing alot of my town reads are reading him highly, and they do in fact read them better than me. So in point here, yes I would like to lynch him, but no its not happening today.

 

I think lizclov has a better chance at being town over notbob/eldrick/tink so i would like to divert that lynch if at all possible. the best chance I have is a notbob lynch as it still would provide useful info and I do not think I would be lynching a townieover it.

 

 

What do you think about the fact that you've got Eldrick and NB as scum and Eldrick's last play to lynch someone other than MissClov is to lynch NB? You joining him here is strange if that's your actual train of thought.

 

 

 

Up to page 50, Crush and Eldrick are pushing entirely different agendas. Not massively confident in my reads.

 

Eldrick flip flopping doesn't ring any bells but usually he walks through almost all small details which he shows when he says things like "he wrote scum before he wrote town. Indicative?" and things like that but when it came to LizClov he looked super hesitant to join on her votes despite the fact that she was playing ridiculously scummy and when he finally does it's with the reason that she was asking "who my teammates would be?". Sad excuse to vote, like he needed a new reason to vote her since he didn't want to look like he was "bandwagoning". 

 

Then he changes his mind when she loses heat because of the amount of heat she's gotten but has slowly convinced himself without having posted much about it in the thread - not in line with his meta.

I mentioned Crush because on page  35 or something Liz had lost a lot of momentum, DPR voted her to bring her back to 3 votes and Crush calls her a "solid scum" but doesn't vote until later.

 

I'm going to take a look at NB train later because I actually didn't think he looked to be playing too differently to how he normally does but I seem to be inept at reading him.

 

 

Voting Liz and giving reasons to vote switch to Eldrick reads oddly. You later say she was scummy for asking votes to be explained to an impossible degree Day 1/defensive etc, why didn't you say it at the time?

 

What do you make of Eldrixk's vote on NB yesterday? At the time it reads like you didn't think NB/Eldrick could be teammates, why the change in heart now/how does that factor into your read?

Have you ever played with Eldrick before?

 

 

We did not. He was an easy pick and all three on the block are good candidates still.

 

Did you sus him before the wagon built up on him? Because I don't recall that ever.

 

And I was reading Darthe as stubborn town, but Eldrick's observation of his past behaviour as scum and the fact that he moved over to a new wagon despite the fact that he claims to still believe my/Mrsclov's slot to be scum doesn't make any sense.

 

If he thought both leading wagons were scum, and we were supposedly his strongest (practically only) scum reads all day (and we know that he likes to be right) and there was no danger of any other competing wagon....why not keep his vote on us since it shouldn't matter to him which one of us flipped?

 

I'm trying to follow your train of thought here, with the knowledge that NotBob is scum. If Darthe was scum, he would obviously care.

 

Town=he thought. Scum= he knew

 

This makes sense from town!Darthe pov but not scum!darthe

 

 

Looking over the posts from the night phase and this stands out to me - Eldrick seems anti-Darthe most of the time, but this one seems to point to him leaning a different way.  Eldrick seems to be flipping a lot to me and it's why I think he's mafia.  

 

Also Cuth's reveal at night seemed really odd as well.
