On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month the last post was called, and the war on the Western Front between the Allied powers and Germany came to a cease fire. While this was not the official end of the Great War, it now marks Remembrance Day in Canada and Veteran's Day in the United States. I don't know what other nations celebrate this day or how, but it is an important day in the year, as it is the day where we all take the time to remember all the men who gave their lives on all sides of the First and Second World Wars.

As a small token of appreciation, I've created an avatar that I would hope everyone would wear on the 11th of November, in honour of all those who fought and died for their country.
