...I'd say the bottom of the Pit of Doom would indeed be 'his place' XD
But thanks for the compliment ^^
-
I'm in the Divs for the majority of the time, and save for the Illuminators not an actual Org member.
Still, PM me for planning that intro thread. Should be good to have it worked out already by the time we can post it ^_^
-
Right, since you like RPing so much:
----
From the depths of time, they came. From the very heart of the Wheel, the Heroes of the Horn arrived, each of them armed with weapons so gloryous it must've appeared they carried every type of weapon known to the World amongst their number. Yet, the Ninja appeared, jumped up Hawkwing's horse and stabbed him. Artur Hawkwing, leader of the Hunters just grinned in reply.
- "Thanks, i had a nasty itch there."
Unfortunately, the Ninja forgot that his swords were ineffective against those bound to the Horn, who were effectively walking spirits by nature. His weapons useless, he was quickly surrounded and dealth with, as none other than Gaidal Cain came up and knocked his teeth out. 'Lo, there came Birgitte Silverbow, and she too knocked him on the head for being an annoying twat.
Severely beaten, the Ninja lay on the cold stones, his blood seeping into the depths of Shayol Guhl. The Dragon appeared as well now, to seal the Dark One's prison for good. Picking up the unconscious Ninja, he chucked it into the black depths before reaching for Saidin, channeling the Weave that would seal the prison once more.
From within the depths, the Dark One roared in anger and rage, and his voice thundered through the minds of every person in the Realms:
- "WHAT? LEWS THERIN, YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME!! GET THIS PERSON OUT OF HERE NOW! YOU HAVE TO--"
And with that, the prison was sealed for Ages to come. Everyone rejoiced, for now the world was not rid of one, but no less than two major threats to the Wheel.

Better?

...About as hard as it is to write one that can get approved, ah reckon.
-
That's 'cause we're just playing nice Eqwina ;)
As for mine, she's from Far Madding. Little pratcical knowledge of the blade as well, though her grandfather drilled a firm basis for Me'Arearth and the Path of Knowledge lifestyle into her.
-
Tehee.
You may have beaten me to making a BT profile, but my Warder has Me'Arearth. I think i could manage a 'class' or two (which would be an amusing RP scenario, considering she's a Trainee)
-
Great, i still need to set up my intro thread.
Want to do a combined one after you get yourself approved?
-
Yeah, i came across that link as well. A search ended up with me on the blueberryajah forum on ezboard, but although i spotted your profile there there was no sign of a profile either.
Though that could've had something to do with it being the Blue Ajah boards. Oh well.
Your profile there looks more hopeful, though the links point at a non-existant board. Something about a hacker, i've read...?
-
Well, i gots Mara Novares, but there are still a couple of things to negotiate about her. Until then, i can't submit a 'final' application ^^;
Still, this would be where she'd check in as well :D

Sharina nodded as she heard the information, giving Emmanuella a warm smile in return for the one she had given her. Room 122... She'd come across it soon enough. The five sets of uniform came a bit as a surprise, though she figured that could've had something to do with why everyone in the Fortress appeared to have a spotlessly clean uniform. As for questions...
- "Umm... Two questions, if i may. How would i recognise a Questioner, and what would i need to do if a uniform needed replacement for any reason? Sir?"
Trying to head out on a good start, Sharina practised her salute as well as the addition of 'sir'. Though it felt somewhat odd to be calling a woman 'sir', she had heard what Emmanuella had said about some officers taking protocol very seriously. She knew she probably was making some minor mistakes with the salute itself, but figured she'd best try and get it straightened out before being reprimanded by another officer for what they'd believe she should have known.

What Tay said... I'm randomly freaked out that they'll hit us with the 'z0mg violating fair use policy!' card someday...
Nah, they'd have hit me when i got a new harddrive and started downloading day and night. I think i hit three gigs per day at some point.
They didn't complain then, so now i'm guessing they never will XD
-
Yup yup, will post after Erik does, as he's supposed to intro me to these people :P
-
Hmm...
Looking at the list, i think Arms of Air (2 Air, 7 Skill) would suffice for that one. Keep in mind though that you'll need a stronger weave for a better grip on the weapon, so if you actually want to hit people hard rather than prod you need to invest in Air.
Edit: Assuming lazyness:
Arms of Air: The simple action of wrapping solid Air around someone/something. The greater a channeler’’s strength in Air, the more formidable the binding. -
Congrats on the promotion!
*throws confetti around*
Good luck leading the Freelanders now that the Aiel joined ;)
(i can has copy-paste posts too :D)

I ban Rahlian for having so few profiles :D
-
I ban DSage for using an image of a long-haired prettyboy as his avatar :D

Hmm...
It'd make sense for mine to have Milking Tears, but before actually claiming anything i'd like to ask if there is a cap in place of allowed Talents per person. I'm kind of aiming for a specific Talent on another one of my characters, and don't want to 'fill up my slot' asking for MT here ^^;

New Warder Trainee: Melenis Stormgate
Bio approved and CCd ^_^
-
Sorry to hear that :(
And yeah, one gig? I'd plow through that within a week :S
-
Hm? *checks* o.O
Oh dear, that would be my fault for changing the name halfway through... My bad ^^;
-
Well... I'm kind of against retroing myself. Reason being that i have my characters play themselves, and 'timeline jumping' would just make character development a bit strange.
Don't worry though, Arienna'll be there soon enough.
-
Arienna had the impression she was being tricked as Erik kept reading her mind about what she'd answer. What was more disturbing however was that he was right. It wasn't the amount of balls that had been in his hand that was the problem -- any Gleeman she'd seen could do sleight of hand tricks -- but actually knowing what she'd answer time and time again was starting to confuse her.
As soon as she wanted to bring in an argument, he forestalled her by telling her about his home. While his speech certainly did remind her of a Gleeman with all of the flowery descriptions, she could almost feel as if it were her memory. While truly talented Gleemen could make a story alive in their listeners' minds -- and having worked in a Lord's manor for several years, she had heard quite a few -- she knew that this was different. It felt as if... her imagination and her memory were almost disagreeing on what it looked like.
Had she been less perceptive, she'd have overlooked that detail. Unfortunately though, she hadn't become Maric's eyes and ears because of her cute smile, which meant she was painfully aware that these memories were somehow being implanted into her head.
- "Very well, let's just say i believe you for now. From what you said, i'll be going through this Howling thing soon enough, so that should provide me with all the proof i'd need. Let's go, we're wasting daylight."
She was still skeptical, and more than a little suspicious about a man that could seemingly control memory. There was still the problem with her still not remembering what had happened before she woke up, and the tricks he pulled just now weren't exactly helping much in proving he had nothing to do with that either. Still, if he was responsable for it, it could possibly lead her to a plot being set up against Lord Maric.
She'd follow him, for now. The more she could learn of this group he was telling her about, the better she'd be able to assess the treat. She'd send a message back to Lord Maric at the first suitable opportunity.

Erik's doing a decent job of getting past Arienna's skepticism, so i guess she'll be on time to join as well. :P
